Horrible Customer Service!!!
I purchased an office headset from this company on June 7th, 2018. I will say, the order process was smooth and I received the item in a timely fashion, but that is where the good experience ended. Upon opening the shipping box, I immediately noticed the headset box was not factory sealed as was mentioned on the website. I also noticed visible signs of wear on the headset and base, which also contradicted the website claim the item was brand new. The protective stickers which normally protect the surface of the components had been removed and stuck to the inside top of the package. After further inspection of the box contents, I noticed the AC power adapter was completely missing as well. At this point, I am not even able to test the device to determine if it even works properly due to the adapter being missing. With all that being said, I immediately filled out a return RMA request form. I also contacted Scott in customer service to make him aware of the issue. After a brief hold, he came back on the line and stated he would need to open an investigation. When I asked why this was necessary, he explained he would need to check the warehouse cameras in an effort to validate my claim, the item shipped was not the same, or as described on the company website. Now, I understand every company has processes to follow, but I have never been told something like this when attempting to return an item, especially a high value item. I was told the investigation could take as long as 3days to complete. When asked for a supervisors name and contact info, Scott told me he could not provide me contact info and would have someone return my call. That call has not been received as of yet.
