We have used the platform in the past but recently we had a need to utilized it much more extensively. The overall experience is great, the self service aspect allows us to move through ordering at our own pace.
(Scott Gondek) in particular has been by far the most responsive and helpful contact across any platform we have used. He really adds to the overall experience in a extremely postive way.
I marked down 11/25/2024 but this includes all recent orders from the year 2024.
We plan to continue to utilize orders through IP Phone Warehouse as we have had such a seamless and enjoyable process.

They ignore messages as well as what I say - Very RUDE

I messaged them twice on their site. They ignored me so I decided to call. I pressed 1 for sales.

Tyler picked up & I asked, do you guys not respond back to messages? He paused & said what can I help you with. I said so you are just going to ignore me, you lost me as a customer & slammed down the phone.

I came here & thank gawd they treated me with such disrespect after seeing other people saying the same thing.

Horrible customer experience

Horrible customer experience. If there are shipping issues with your order, they will REFUSE to refund your shipping and charge you an additional 10% FEE for the refund. To make matters worse, their customer support staff always has a nasty attitude. I would not recommend these services to ANY ONE or to ANY BUSINESS that values their own time or money.

Horrible Customer Service - Buy from anyone else

Scott, in customer service was rude and it is obvious he does not have any training in how to deal with customers. Hides behind outdated policies. With so many other choices, buyers have to choose from, for same product, buy from anyone else. Purchased conference room video equipment and upon follow up, they were no longer helpful, with product information or compatible products. Never opened product and not compatible with our IP phone provider, and we wanted to "purchase" correct product, same Vendor, same cost or we would pay the difference, within the 30 day return window. Scotts attitude leaves a very bad impression on IP Phone Warehouse and encourages me to write this review, to help others and contact Yealink to remove IP Phone Warehouse from their distributors. Tried to reason with Scott, but he just hid behind company policies. Support dropped off, once purchased. All of a sudden, they didn't know anything. Use someone else: CDW, PC liquidators, VOIPsupply and other companies. The RUDENESS sets IPPHONEWAREHOUSE apart. Even if return policy is outdated, the manner of conversation was RUDE and UNACCEPTABLE.

This company is a fly by night SCAM!

I purchased a Grandstream IP Phone from this company that did not work! I tried contacting support and those attempts were ignored! I returned the phone paying out of pocket for the shipping. After the phone was delivered and verified with Fedex I contacted the company again. Again, I was ignored. Finally they responded only to say that they do not do returns or exchanges and demanded that I pay for another shipping label and send it to them so they could ship the phone back to me. I flatly refused, they have the phone back in their possession so I am simply disputing the charges with my card company. But companies simply cannot be allowed to sell faulty equipment and then not provide support, or return or exchange it. What a scam!

Horrible! Go Elsewhere!

I ordered 2 phones and power supplies an at checkout was disappointed that for an order of nearly $500, they charged for shipping.
In this day of Amazon.com, consumers, do not like paying for shipping. (At least not directly). Based on my low rating of my experience, IP Phone Warehouse cancelled my order without explanation. Adam, on the web site chat refused to even acknowledge my inquiry, and disconnected the chat. My advise, go elsewhere, the price may be a bit more, but shipping will probably be included.
Just from the number of actual reviews, this organization appears to be a small, garage based distributor.

Absolutely an awful experience with IP…

Absolutely an awful experience with IP Phone Warehouse. I did receive the product I ordered timely manner. However, the manufacturer box was not sealed. When I opened it nor was the Jabra Motion UC+MS travel kit and neither was the wall plug where it stated it would be online. I have contacted Jabra after receiving the product on June 20, 2019 asking why it not working, I contacted IT help desk for the Department of Veterans Affairs where I work and I contacted IP Phone Warehouse this Friday and Today as well. All in all Jabra was contacted 4 times, Department of Veterans Affairs It was contacted 4 and IP Phone Warehouse was contacted 4 times. My RMA was denied by Scott saying the product was open. Well, Scott the product was never sealed. And I needed to contact Jabra. Jabra told me to contact the BBB. I listened. Now IP Phone Warehouse won't speak to me. When the federal government has tried as well as the manufacturer then just give me my 100% refund of $146.42. Eddie, Adam and Scott are rude and need to take several courses in excellent customer service experience. Please people don't buy from this company. Also I am waiting again to speak to Jabra want to see if the they can take IP Phone Warehouse off there authorized company to sell their products. This is a awful company to deal with. If you ever want a Jabra headset go through the manufacturer or Amazon. You will have a lot better experience. I just spoke to Jabra to get rid of IP Phone Warehouse as an authorized dealer and the customer service person sent an internal email for the supervisors to call me back tomorrow.

Horrible Customer Service!!!

I purchased an office headset from this company on June 7th, 2018. I will say, the order process was smooth and I received the item in a timely fashion, but that is where the good experience ended. Upon opening the shipping box, I immediately noticed the headset box was not factory sealed as was mentioned on the website. I also noticed visible signs of wear on the headset and base, which also contradicted the website claim the item was brand new. The protective stickers which normally protect the surface of the components had been removed and stuck to the inside top of the package. After further inspection of the box contents, I noticed the AC power adapter was completely missing as well. At this point, I am not even able to test the device to determine if it even works properly due to the adapter being missing. With all that being said, I immediately filled out a return RMA request form. I also contacted Scott in customer service to make him aware of the issue. After a brief hold, he came back on the line and stated he would need to open an investigation. When I asked why this was necessary, he explained he would need to check the warehouse cameras in an effort to validate my claim, the item shipped was not the same, or as described on the company website. Now, I understand every company has processes to follow, but I have never been told something like this when attempting to return an item, especially a high value item. I was told the investigation could take as long as 3days to complete. When asked for a supervisors name and contact info, Scott told me he could not provide me contact info and would have someone return my call. That call has not been received as of yet.

Sent me the Wrong Product!!

This company sent me the wrong product, then REFUSED to let me return it. I didn't even open the box! No exchanges, no refunds, nothing. I spent $200 for something I can't use!! And the person I spoke to in their "Customer Service" department was completely rude about it. Like it was my fault?!?!? Even if I was in the wrong, how dare you treat your customers like that. Terrible business practices. Buyer be ware... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

totally unacceptable experience

Company sent wrong item. Didn't even agree they were at fault. They wanted a 30% re-stocking fee + I pay return shipping cost. No way. Filed complaint with WI B.B.B. there not a member. They are un-responsive. Please join me in searching for all their Pay per Click sponser links and clicking them a few times. Perhaps they will get the message that you cant do GOOD biz with BAD intensions. another shady name they use is voipdw..STAY AWAY!
