Can i give them zero stars?

If i could give them zero stars i would. Completely ignore you when you advise that your company doesn't take market research calls and you ask for your number to be removed from their system. Also mislead you by telling you they're calling from the company they're doing the research for and that the person they're calling for 'knows who they are and what it is about'.

It's bordering on harassment now how many calls we've had from them in the past week. Close to 100 I'd guess.

I had initially planned on blocking their number, but I've decided not to and instead will just let them waste their time continuing to call us with the call either being rejected or let ring out EVERY SINGLE TIME.

Tried to call the number listed on their website to make a complaint. But have given up after about 10 attempts as their line rings out.

The father of all scammers Ipsos iSay

I want to tell people about the scam that Ipsos Interactive and Rakuten Insight are doing. This is not just a mistake. It is a plan to take peoples information without paying them for it.

I just spent a time giving my thoughts on a Survey. I answered all the questions. Gave them lots of details that big companies usually pay a lot of money for.

Here is what happened:
When I finished the survey they got all the information they wanted from me like how money my family makes and what I buy.. Then after completing the survey they showed me a screen that said I got 0 points.

This is a trick. They make you think you will get something for taking the survey. Then they do not give you anything. They take all your information. Do not pay you for it. This is not right. They are taking peoples work and information without paying them.

My opinion is that Ipsos Interactive and Rakuten Insight are not a company. They take peoples information. Sell it to big companies, like Nestlé. They do not care about the people who take the surveys. They just want to make money from the information they get. Do not waste your time on this website. They do not think your time is worth anything. They make money from the information they take from you. Ipsos Interactive and Rakuten Insight are companies that take advantage of people.

Fed up with these liars

They have gone quiet on me as I have told the truth about their vpn that’s on my laptop

in fact for the last month or so they have said that the vpn on my laptop wasn’t sending data as they said it was sending errors but over that month my laptop has been shutting down due to their app causing it to shut down within 20 minutes of usage

The date specified on this review has made them go quiet so that says they’re guilty of this

The reward system is a flawed if you order anything over 1k points the order doesn’t even go thru I ordered a soundbar that was in stock and it’s nit arrived from their supplier and today is day 7

Wouldn't take no for an answer

Knocked at my door Satuday morming and despite numerous polite refusals from me to taking part in their survey they were very pushy and I had to eventually close the door in their faces. Very passive aggressive, not impressed at all, given this is a government-backed company.

Pushy and will not take no for an answer…

Oh my goodness. I had a cold call at my door today. On the other side of it was a very pushy woman who really struggled to take no for an answer- she almost pushed her way into my house- genuinely! I do not want strangers in my home for any reason, especially not for market research I have not signed up for and on days when I work from home. Utter disregard for the privacy of individuals.

Despite being ex directory had a cold…

Despite being ex directory had a cold call phone call that I did not answer as if I don't recognise the number I let it go to answer phone. No message left, but I tracked the number to find it was this company. How did they get my number as it ex directory, and am TPF registered, which seems to be useless.

Harrassing uninvited visits to my home

I have been cold called/door stepped at home twice now by Ipsos Mori. I told the first lady I didn't want to take part only for them to send another person who was much more persistent and wanted to tell me anything to get inside my poor door. I feel harrassed by them they have contacted me other ways as well I am acutely unwell and have just lost both parents. I asked this time did she not know that I had already said no once only for her to say I'm from a different agency and that she wasn't cold calling.

IPSOS MORI PLEASE STOP

Worst place to work ever

Worst place to work ever! They recruit you at first and feed you lies and you are always on tip of a cliff no one cares about your mental health, no support, no care and as long as you get surveys done they don’t care about what happens along the way! And they would do changes to portals and systems without letting you know. F-ed up place that will drain you and suck you dry of your innocence and trust in humanity. A psych ward.

Having a peaceful Sunday in the garden

Having a peaceful Sunday in the garden, only to he harassed by a cold caller. I'm in no way against doorstep calling, but I am against it on a weekend. Especially a Sunday. I was not impressed nor very polite in telling them where to go, ruining my Sunday with their cold calling. Should in no way be allowed

HORRIFIC EMPLOYER! STAY WELL AWAY!

Probably the worst company in the Uk to work for! Stay away! Deal is that you have to work a minimum of 3 shifts in 90 days. I moved house, dealt with a family crisis and then received an email on 30 June saying I had to book shifts in the next 30 days or be removed from the panel. So I went ahead and started trying to book shifts to find out that none of my passwords worked, reached out to Ipsos via email to get assistance with this, still no reply. Called them and got some really unhelpful person called Daphine who denied ever receiving any emails (despite the receipt confirmation auto response from Ipsos). The utter contempt and complete lack of basic courtesy from Daphine was really eye opening!

Fundamentally if you work for an employer there is a basic expectation of fairness in the way they treat their staff. Telling somebody they have 30 days to book a shift and then not honouring that is really unfair behaviour and is probably actionable. I have to say IPSOS are just a horrifically bad employer and I would advise everybody to stay WELL AWAY! Work where you can be treated with fairness, equity and dignity.

Tracked for 2 weeks for nothing

Myself and my partner completed a questionnaire along with taking their tracking where ever we went for over 2 weeks. We followed their instructions precisely! Taking it where ever we went and charging it by a window at night to send the data. Someone came to collect today and the first thing they asked was if we had lied about going out. You have be taking the mick! Literally spent 2 weeks having to remember it everyday and then get accused of lying. Seriously rude! Absolute waste of time

Lied about payment twice

They cold called our house to run a survey - first time they came after seven and banged loudly on our front door when my kids were in bed. The second time they told my wife they would pay her cash if she answered some questions, after my wife answered the questions the woman said here is a voucher, rather than giving her a voucher she gave my wife a leaflet about their survey. Really scummy behaviour.

Conned to complete a survey - no voucher!

I was approached by Ipsos to complete a survey in return for a £20 voucher.
The survey was completed in good faith and took me about 20 minutes.
I have received nothing in return - I have tried to contact Ipsos in relation to this and someone was apparently ‘looking into it’ and yet again heard nothing. DO NOT COMPLETE A SURVEY FOR IPSOS, THE ‘REWARD’ IS A CON.
