Compared to other survey websites, this platform is extremely racially biased and shady as shit. I don’t recommend waiting to cash out. They’ll suspend your account or stop sending surveys if you cash... See more

Total scam avoid avoid!!
Total scam avoid avoid!!! Spent hours completing surveys, earned enough points (over 1300) for a pitiful £10 voucher. When trying to redeem the points a message pops up saying ‘oops you don’t have enough points to redeem this reward’. When I contacted them they told me they’d terminated my account no explanation given or no attempt to honour what I’d earned. Complete waste of time and a con!!!

Wasted 30 minutes of my life so did my Daughter they send a link for the gift card that just wont work big con you cant contact them they dont reply to emails of messages.
Cyber Security - you are joking
I have received an email from Ipsos who are undertaking a survey on behalf of the Department Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) I.e., the UK Government in cyber security. It’s not a good start as they have linked my email address to a company in Northamptonshire - I am not in anyway shape or form linked to this company. How can anyone trust the results if Ipsos and DSIT can’t get the basics right?
You're basically working for $1 an hour
You're basically working for $1 an hour, folks. Don't do it.
Half the time the surveys don't work and you don't earn points for them.
And the ones you do don't pay high enough.
Ipsos needs to multiply the points they award by 20 to make this viable.
Survey link either doesn't work or is non-existent
Received a request by letter supposedly from DESNZ to evaluate the Alternative Fuels Payment Scheme - tried several times to go to survey via the link in the letter but no trace of this website whatever.
Avoid!

Bad bad and bad nothing else to say but bad and bad 😞
This company are fraudulent.
This company owe me £25 in vouchers. I have spent a great deal of my time completing many surveys. I am a pensioner and was accruing for Xmas. The knowledge panel department now say they have no record of me. I have sent many emails with all details requested. They are definitely a scam and should not be allowed to defraud people. Give them a wide berth.
Not worth the time, thought I was doing this for products not words
I create a profile, I state that I am a male and my age group and how many children live in the house but yet they continue asking me over and over and over in every survey. Too frustrating for me to continue. It would take me a few weeks of doing this an hour out of my day to get $5. I have to pass. I'm putting forth the effort without much in return.
There ARE rewards but the system is laggy
There definitely ARE rewards. I've personally cashed in my points for a lovely organic dress from French Connection and also gift vouchers which we spent on a dinner out.
They do call to remind you to uplaod your data if you happen to be out of range or offline for a day or so, which is a bit annoying but understandable and is not too bad.
The bummer is that every time I go to sign into the Rewards Catalogue it doesn't recognise my email, then I have to email ipsos who tell me my email is registered and should work and then I have to do a password reset. This has happened about 5 times in just a few months, add on the several times the site has been down for maintenance or whatever. Extremely frustrating!

Rude woman was Harassing my 8 year old son and when I said I was not interested she said I was been rude she was pushing to help her out absolutely disgusting behaviour do not even bother with these scammers
Totally useless
Totally useless asks you to answer questions (one was on how do you decide what to eat for the week). Answer the question and told you have violated something. Either you want an opinion or you just being stupid. Never get anything of value.
This happens repeatedly… spend a v
This happens repeatedly… spend a v. significant time answering the survey questions, then to be told ‘not suitable for the survey’ and awarded a pathetic 3 points. Not an acceptable way of operating.

DON'T TOUCH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANIES…
DON'T TOUCH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANIES APP. THEIR SUPPORT IS NON EXISTENT, THEIR APP CREATES ISSUES WITH PHONE. AND THEY DON'T SEEM TO PAYOUT AS THEY SAY THEY DO. WAS WITH THEM FOR A MONTH, AND NO PAYOUT AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH AS PROMISED. REMOVED THE APP AND LEFT THEM A FRUITFUL MESSAGE. NO REPLY AGAIN! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Rather go elsewhere.
Used as a mystery shopper and they "forgot" to pay me correctly. Nearly a year later and still having to chase. There are definitely better mystery shopper apps / websites available.
Horrible experiece with the Ipsos
Horrible experiece with the Ipsos. I have acocumalted almost 1000 points, after checking with them this is what i received from them in email "We have checked our database and have found that your account was terminated for breaking one or more of our quality rules. These rules are related to survey participation and panel membership. Please also note that we reserve the right to cancel a membership without warning or having to justify the decision afterwards, according to our terms and conditions, which you agreed to when you joined our panel. Additionally, your account will not be reactivated, and any points accumulated have automatically been deleted. Thank you for your understanding". Absurd survey portal. Absolutely nonsense wasting peoples time. Didn't they received the money where I wasted time for these almost 50+ surverys? each survey is almost 15-20 mins. People never ever try this survey portal. You will only disappoint yourself.
Disappointed
Disappointed with ipsos iSay. Surveys used to be quite regular and small amounts of reward points mounted up fairly quickly. Then they changed their site. Invitations now often suggest you’re going to complete a survey which will take about 20 minutes and you’ll earn about 80 points. If lucky, you do about five minutes and get three points. Often the survey cancels after you’ve repeatedly given a lot of info (some they they already have in your profile), and you get no reward and/or you just get a message to say there is no survey available and no reward. I’m afraid it’s getting to be a waste of time and I’d no longer recommend this survey site.
Never received my reward.
Never received my reward for taking part in a COVID study. Their support was polite enough but they basically didn't ever resolve it and pay my reward and it got to a point where there was nothing further they could do.
Thought it may have been a one off and I was unlucky, but having seen all these reviews, it seems they may be running a scam.
I would beware.
You owe me money
Everyone put in a report to Australian Consumer Affairs (you can do this online and just need their ABN). This company owes me money! I have repeatedly emailed with no response. I completed their market research (Bambino Baby Care Journal). I'm owed $50. They tried to send the redemption option through Digital Prepaid Solutions and that company is a total scam (see all the reviews online). They have not processed my digital gift card request and no one will respond. It seems Ipsos is happy for people to do research for them but then not care about their rightful payment. They ignore you if you ask about your payment for the work you did for them.
