If I could give 0 stars I would. Arse don’t know what the elbow is doing! Job application was a waste of time. One minute you’re shortlisted, the next, the vacancy no longer exists. Joke of an organis... See more

How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
You should be ask to opt in, not told you have to opt out.
They send a letter telling you they are coming to your door to arrange a time for the survey. If you want to opt out you have to contact them. It should be the other way round. If you want to d the survey you should have to opt in rather than have them turning up at your door.
Will not pay, Sacm alert
Scam. After almost getting £5 I stopped getting any surveys, yet get Ipsos surveys vie other survey tools. So I asked them what’s going on and for this”
“we have decided to discontinue your account. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to emphasize your value and the impact you've had on our community. We understand this may cause some inconvenience and we sincerely apologize for that.
As we say goodbye, we would again like to extend our deepest gratitude for the insights you've shared with the Ipsos iSay community during your time as a member.”
So you complete surveys correctly but will scam you as soon as you nearly reach cashing out.
Absolute scam and sc. AVOID
Waste of time
Where do I begin…
To begin, no surveys available to me. When I did get a survey, I would spend ages answering questions to be told I wasn’t suitable for the survey.
The last straw was finding out all the points I had accumulated, were wiped out.
I have filled all info and not had 1…
I have filled all info and not had 1 survey so are they just after free information
Probably wasting you time
Have previously rated them, (not very positively) and little seems to have changed. I still get invited to complete a survey only to be told when you get into the site that there are no available surveys. I’ve just checked my activity with them since January and it turns out that I have only completed 4 surveys in 6 months for which I have received 145 points. I would suggest that there are far better survey sites where you can make money much more quickly.
NOT HAPPY
I have being doing the ISay surveys for several years now and recently tried to login to my account and was told to submit a change of password request. Nothing happened so I wrote to customer service and they replied that I had 'deleted' my account!
I had over £70 of vouchers in my account, so if I did delete it, this was accidental (and obviously easily and unknowingly done). I have written back twice now to customer services, advising them of the obvious error, asking them to either reinstate my account or send me the value of the vouchers. There has been no response for several days now, so it seems that all those years of helping them out has been wasted. NOT HAPPY
They do not answer me
They do not answer me. I did a lot of surveys and am due well over $100.00. They do not respond!!!!!! They are ripping off underage kids. How low! They need to be investigated.
Just been randomly thrown off their…
Just been randomly thrown off their panel after years tried to cash in my points for vouchers only to be told that the smallest ammount that can be claimed is £10 - as I had an odd £5 they would not let me have it - we can give it to charity but you cannot have it was their response to my demand. How come I earned it - they aknowledge it's mine but will not send it to me.
ipsos media cell app
I signed up to the ipsos media cell research a few months ago. I live in an area where the mobile data signal is pretty patchy in tourist season, so I'm sent multiple messages on an almost daily basis informing me that the app hasn't collected enough data or the microphone was off for long periods. This app is fine if you WFH or in an office for long periods in the day with WiFi connection. Bit annoying if you don't and use your phone to listen to radio or for navigation at work. Also eats up the battery, even when I'm not listening to stuff or not using my phone. Catalogue rewards are quite good though, just about got enough points for a coffee machine!;-)
Scam to get paid for your information
Waste of my time, filled in details for active lives survey, after which they are supposed to send £5 gift voucher for doing so, I will now check on trust pilot before I fill in any others, did they send gift voucher ? NO, don't fill in any information on their site, looks like a con to get your information and sell it to government departments, should be stopped from doing this by government, as it's fraudulent use of your information, having waited for a reply from them and getting NONE, I would now advise everyone Not to fill any surveys in for them, you certainly won't receive a gift voucher off of them.
i earned to be pay in march they pay me…
i earned to be pay in march they pay me in may never use it they are just amaters
Total scam - update received money!
Update I just received my £10 voucher via email for my
Total scam. Most likely run by TV licence just to get your info, i dont have a tv licence as not needed in this house. I ignored the 1st £10 voucher but then thought wtfh 2 weeks later getting another letter. It was for a TV survey on behalf of barb.co.uk
Not An Honorable Company
I was receiving multiple survey opportunities a day for the first few weeks, then when I had enough points to redeem for a gift card, I stopped receiving surveys. I emailed them about it but no one responded. I emailed again a week later asking why I wasn't able to redeem my points, and I was told that they had terminated my account and I would not be able to redeem any points. It was a HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME since they didn't honor their agreement. This company may be legit, but it is not honorable. STAY AWAY.
Scam of a company
Scam of a company. You waste your precious time and efforts filling in survey’s, giving them your personal details, opinions and thoughts only for them to block your access to redeeming any vouchers without notice or reason and without replying to numerous emails/contact forms.
I had only joined about a month or two ago and since gathered 1040 points that I’ll never see in vouchers, as promised.
I’ve been a panel member of Valued Opinions and LifePointsPanel (formerly globaltestmarket) for years and I’ve never had any issues with them, apart from the odd account hold due to verification every now and then.
But this pathetic, scam of a company is not worth anyone’s time - there are far superior, legitimate panels to join.
Survey phone call from 0800 124 4876
Survey phone call from 08001244876 was asked about permissions and my preference not to answer questions if I wanted. The caller was pleasant and easy to understand. Then asked my post code, she said thanks you, have a great day and I was disconnected, leaving me hanging.
Be sure I shan't participate next time.
My guess, I was in the wrong part of the UK. She could have said. Really rude.
Trash
Trash. They were good for a min then they just will shut ur account off with no warning and take ur money. Make sure to stay cashed out with this junk company.
SCAM- beware will close once you…
SCAM- beware will close once you accumulated enough point to redeem and specify that “they had the right to terminate” it’s unfortunate and sad.
Complete scammers who don't pay
Complete scammers and data thieves
Horrific experience - they email you every few day saying you are not tracking sending data (which I'm sure now is just their tactic to not pay as I have all their software installed and running).
They even CANCEL gift cards after they have paid you! How is that not illegal!?
Horrid rude unhelpful customer support - if you email them they just ban you!!!
Nielsen is MUCH better (but pay less - but they actually do pay and are ethical unlike this bunch!)
TV monitoring, aggressive phonecall, refuses to delete me from their system.
I veebally agreed to the TV monitoring survey after a nice gentleman door stepped me, then googled it and the amount of negative reviews had me change my mind. They have been calling me weekly every since. Having heard they can be pushy I decided to now answer the call. I answered it today to be met with a very rude arrogant woman who wouldn't accept I didn't want to take part, she refused to take me off their system and said she will call again to see if I decided to go ahead, I assured her I will not and I want my details removed but she kept talking over me aggressively, I was being nice too. She wouldn't accept that I just didn't want to do it anymore ,that was my reason, she wouldn't accept it at all and refused to delete my details. I will be taking this further. I have read how pushy they can be but never expected it to this extent. I woukd avoid them at all costs.
A man kept coming round
A man kept coming round, I didn't ask to do it, phoned up said I'm not interested, only to be sent another one, asked neighbours if they had got any they said no. So blooming annoying
