Misleading fitting – not new tyres and fake alignment

Had four tyres fitted via Asda Tyres at this garage. Later discovered one tyre was over two years old with just 3.4 mm tread, others 4.4–5.4 mm – far less than new tyres.

They also insisted on replacing parts before “doing” the wheel alignment, but never gave a proper report. When asked, they sent a screenshot dated earlier than my visit – clearly not my car.

Kwik Fit confirmed the tyres weren’t new and alignment wasn’t done correctly. Reported to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.
Be cautious – double-check what’s actually fitted to your vehicle.

I do not recommend this company

I do not recommend this company, I spent over £800 on tyres through E-tyres and their reviews were great and close by. They fitted the tyres quick enough but on further inspection every single wheel had damage from the tyre iron they used to lever off the old tyre. Of course their response was "it wasn't us!". Well funnily enough Ive always washed my own car from new so I am very familiar with every panel and wheel. And then have never been curbed.
