I spilt coffee on my macbook and was almost certain it would need outright replacing. The guys at iRepairstop were able to salvage all the working parts and fit a new display and shell for almost half the price of a brand new machine. The laptop is now like new and I've very happy with what they have done.
The repair did take longer than anticipated and there was little communication from their end as things were being done which required me calling them and being given inaccurate timelines for their work.
Clearly this is a busy and small team but the lack of clear communication made the wait period for repair a frustrating one.

Another brilliant repair job completed. My laptop was with them for less than 3 hours on a Saturday - they diagnosed the problem and were able to offer a secondhand (but guaranteed) spare part to complete the job much more cheaply than I'd feared. I've never known repair jobs take more than a day or two - and that's only if they have to wait for a new part.

Cal and his team really know their stuff. They've fixed smashed phone screens, upgraded old imacs and mac mini's and many other broken devices i've dropped off. Highly recommended.

IRepairStop on Ecclesall Road have really helped me out today. My old iPad was stuck on the apple logo when trying to reset it. Scott the technician was able to work his magic and get it going for me in about 10 minutes and all for free. Really friendly staff, super helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely go there for any future problems rather than spending hours trawling the internet trying to find solutions myself. Highly recommend!!

I’ve visited the ‘i-stop’ 3 times recently and each time the guys have been very welcoming and understanding of my generalised tech anxieties and specific equipment issues. Yesterday I was guided through setting up my upgraded iPhone with warmth and humour - I cant praise them highly enough!

Fixed my iMac with a broken GPU and my iPhone 7 when I completely smashed the screen, I won't be making a habit of doing that again.

Excellent service. Will be recommending and using in the future.
