The whiskey itself (a birthday present for a friend) was fine but customer service was non-existent.
It took several attempts to enter difference billing and delivery addresses (mine in Spain and my friend's in Ireland): after apparently finally succeeding and proceeding I noticed that the site had reverted to using my address for both.
Two emails to the company weren't even acknowledged, let alone responded to.
The results was delivery (and delivery charges) to Spain and a January birthday present finally given to my friend in March.

Have ordered many times from this site and each time has been a breeze. The orders are delivered promptly and are well packaged. Pricing is good with deals often available. Also a great site to give start-ups exposure to a wide customer base

Ordering from so far away (Seattle) I was totally surprised by how quickly my order arrived. Even though shipping to the US is a bit expensive, even with that added cost it was about the same cost as it is in liquor stores here - if you can even find it. I'd rather support those closer to the source.
