A Shocking Experience with IRIS OHYAMA France – Completely Opposite to Japanese Standards

I am beyond disappointed with the shocking treatment I received from IRIS OHYAMA France. As a customer, I expected professionalism and respect, especially from a company with Japanese roots known for its dedication to quality and customer care. Instead, my experience was a complete nightmare.

From the start, IRIS OHYAMA France strung me along for over 30 days, repeatedly asking for the same information, keeping me in a frustrating loop without ever resolving my issue. They gave me just enough responses to keep my hopes up, but it became clear they were deliberately wasting my time to avoid accountability. The delays and evasive tactics were frustrating enough, but when I finally reached out to a sales manager, his response was the worst part. Rather than addressing my concerns, he dismissed me outright and implied I was at fault for even raising the issue.

This is not the level of respect and honesty that one would expect from a company claiming Japanese heritage. If IRIS OHYAMA Japan values its reputation, it needs to take a serious look at the practices in its French branch. Customers deserve transparency, respect, and genuine support – values that IRIS OHYAMA France, sadly, seems to have abandoned entirely. I hope the Japanese parent company will address these issues and restore the integrity that the IRIS OHYAMA name should stand for.

If you’re considering IRIS OHYAMA France, be aware of the risk – my experience was nothing short of exhausting and disappointing.

IRIS OHYAMA

IRIS OHYAMA
