I have ordered a jacket last Thursday…

I have ordered a jacket last Thursday and they have taken the money but haven’t send anything yet. This is unacceptable, plus their so called “customer service” seems to be nonexistent since they don’t respond to emails and their phone “isn’t working” . If I haven’t received my jacket next week, I will contact my bank to get my money back . The order number is SCC90589512

NEVER NEVER NEVER ONLINE SHOP FROM THIS BRAND. HORRIBLE SHIPMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT HAS BEEN FIVE MONTHS THEY STILL HAVEN'T REFUNDED ME. I STILL GET ANGRY EVERYTIME I THINK ABOUT IT.

NEVER! NEVER! NEVER! ONLINE SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE.

IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS THEY STILL HAVE NOT SENT ME MY RETURN. I HAVE SENT AT LEAST 30 E-MAILS.

THEY SENT ME MY DRESS 1 MONTH LATE IN THE BEGINNING. I RETURNED IT BACK AS SOON AS I RECIEVED IT, THEN THEY SENT IT BACK TO ME AGAIN, I SENT IT BACK TO THEM IMMIDIETELY AGAIN. IT HAS BEEN FIVE MONTHS STILL NO REFUND.

THIS IS A HIGH END BRAND. THAT SELLS VERY EXPENSIVE CLOTHING. HOW DO THEY HAVE HORRIBLE SHIPPING SERVICE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE REFUND AND RETURN SERVICE.

I USED TO SHOP FROM THIS BRAND AND THEY HAVE MADE SURE I NEVER, NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM IRO ANYMORE. I WILL TELL ALL OF MY FRIENDS WHO SHOP FROM HERE. AND WILL LEAVE A COMMENT EVERYWHERE.

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS. FOR FIVE MONTHS I GET ANGRY EVERYTIME I THINK ABOUT MY REFUND AND THE NEXT E-MAIL I NEED TO WRITE TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

**Terrible Online Shopping Experience – Avoid IRO at All Costs**

I purchased a suit from IRO during their archive sale, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. To begin with, I never received an order confirmation email, even though my account was immediately charged for the purchase.

After receiving the suit, I decided to return it, and the items were delivered back to IRO over a month ago. However, I still haven't received my refund, despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service team. I've emailed them several times, and I've also lodged a formal complaint with PayPal, only then I received a response but I am still waiting to receive the refund.

This company does not adhere to basic consumer rights, and their lack of accountability is shocking. They have not only lost my business but have also left me with no choice but to pursue my legal rights in order to get my money back.

To anyone considering shopping with IRO online, I strongly advise against it. The whole process has been a nightmare, and I will never purchase from them again. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this brand!

Illegal business practices

Similar to other shopper’s experiences, I returned a belt online and have not been refunded. I used their prepackaged label, dropping it off at UPS. They won’t answer my emails about the return and the customer service number is disconnected. I didn’t take a photo of the return label and so UPS can’t track it. This is outrageous. I’m now going to go to the store in London to complain.

Awful online shopping experience

I am sorry to have to write this because I am a fan of IRO and my shopping experiences in the shops were excellent.
However, the online experience is a disaster. The shipping took much longer then initially announced, but the worst part is - the customer service is non-existent. Phone line discontinued, no replies via email or instagram. Virtually no way you can enquire about anything or lodge a complaint. For instance, I bought an item during the archives sale, but never got a confirmation email, although it was charged to my credit card. Still no news about it 2 weeks later and no replies to my emails. Very frustrating and stressful!

IRO customer service in France is…terrible

IRO customer service in France is horrendous! I returned an order over 4 weeks ago and still have not been refunded. Their website states 2 weeks. I also had issues with delivery since the order was shipped in two different packages. In my account it showed one package only, but when it arrived two items were missing. I had no way of tracking the other package since IRO never sent any emails with the tracking info and my account was incorrect. I had to email them numerous times before finally getting a response and then 3 times they gave me a non-valid tracking number. Then that package sat at UPS because it didn’t have the correct paperwork and they couldn’t get a hold of IRO. I ended up going into the store to buy what I wanted and told UPS to send it back to IRO. It is ridiculous how poor their CS is. The US customer service has issues also, but nothing like France. Do not ever order online from Europe, I will only ever buy something in the store. It’s a shame how terrible it is and unacceptable for the prices.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam! I returned an item 4 weeks ago and they haven’t refunded me. They stole my money. No answer on email and no phone number - I’m proceeding with legal action.

What’s going on on that website

What’s going on on that website. I ordered sneakers, very expensive but they never arrived. They confirmed my order and that’s it’s been shipped but I never got it and haven’t heard anything from them. There is no phone number and they don’t respond to email.
Is this a fake website for IRO? Please let me know.
I will never order from them again!

Stealing client money

Returned shoes worth EUR 450 I bought online in February, parcel received by "Lucie" a month ago, IRO PARIS neither confirmed reception of my return, nor reimbursed me. Shoes were unworn, in original condition. I sent them so many emails to request a reimbursement (or at least an answer why they are not reimbursing) did not receive a single response from them. They simply stole my money. Message to IRO PARIS: I hope you are enjoying your life with my free money! Cheers. Sincerely disgusted.

The delivery time is dramatic and if you want to cancel something that is not possible! not hospitable at all.
mega bad experience, can't be reached by the phone at all if you don't live in France! they say they have a live chat but are never there ? Think alon with your customers and be customer friendly ! and do something more. A customer is a customer even if they buy in the sale

Worse Company ever

Worse Company ever, never shop from them!

I order dress, full amount been taken from my credit card. The item never arrived, called emailed, and phoned no response at all. Contact their Instagram page and got a response then never happened after. Still three months later the dress never arrived and no refund.

This was a waste of money

This was a waste of money. All products including the bag they came in smelled like mildew so much they needed to be left out in the sun. The computer pouch is smaller than 11 inches so the computer does not fit in and the greetings card were supposed to be ten and only 8 were there. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else.

TAKE CARE TO ORDER FROM THIS STORE

Fast delivery, but if you have a problem with an item, you will make very bad experience. I returned a belt, which have strong visisble signs of trying on (it seemed to me like B-ware or better second hand but not new). I have a confirmation from UPS about the return, but they make no refund. Emails are ignored. Now I will report to Paypal. (For Iro: SCC90338681)

Worst Company EVER

I have never had a worse experience with a company!! I bought a dress and they would not return it. They said they can give me a voucher for credit. I reluctantly did that and their system was down so they could not even print it. They emailed me the voucher and I went to to a store in London since I was leaving Barcelona (where I bought the original dress) and in London they were not able to use the voucher. I emailed about how to use the voucher and never heard back. I called customer service and no answer.

I wish I could give zero star

I wish I could give zero star. It's an awful shopping experience for two reasons. first of all, they can't deliver what they promise. They promise no customs fee on the UK website but UPS is charging me over 100 pound (after some back and forth email communications, they said there was some issue with UPS label and asked me to pay first??) also, they promised guaranteed Christmas delivery for orders before 20th, however, clearly my order placed before 20th are not arriving before Christmas. second issue is about customer service. email communication is working but honestly if I want to discuss this matter over phone, the phone is always NOT available. btw, I also can't understand automated reply on the phone in french...

If I could give less than one star I…

If I could give less than one star I would. I bought an item worth over 250 pounds which did not fit.

I therefore returned it following the instructions given on the website with three export documents on the front and posted via their pre paid label with UPS. This was in January. It was stuck with UPS 'due to brexit' for over two months. I tried calling UPS which was no help and also constantly emailed IRO as I sent it back on their label, they just kept replying saying they are in contact with UPS but nothing happened. In the end the parcel came back to me.

After emailing IRO repeatedly they sent me another pre-paid label with UPS. So I sent it again, making sure everything was how it was supposed to be. This was on the 3rd March. It actually is now in France but for the last month has been stuck outside of Paris. I have contacted IRO multiple times via email, which they are now ignoring and also instagram which they have now blocked me from contacting them even though I have always been pleasant in my correspondence.

So now I have no way of contacting them, no refund and no item. This is just so unacceptable as this is sent back on their pre-paid label therefore they should be dealing with this issue, which started in January and it is now April.

They obviously have no care for their customers especially in these uncertain times.
