I ordered fancy boots to Finland. I have couple of them shoes already so I knew what size I should order and everything went very well. I wonder if some of bad reviews here are scam companies who impersonate as Irregular Choice but they aren’t. Example I just found company under irregularus.com that seems sell IC shoes in every size…

Ordered a bag that is supposed to light up but it didn't. Sent it back and had £6 deducted from my refund! Unfortunately I had ordered the same item again and have got the same fault. Am I going to be charged again? Am going to start chargeback with my bank

Having ordered some fantastic looking shoes I got a message that they had been delivered next door. I had not authorised this and when I went to collect them from the household no one accepted that they had been delivered there. I reached out to irregular shoes and they said there was nothing they could do. I have an event this weekend I was buying the shoes to wear at so now I don't have the shoes and have no money to replace them. Very disappointed and shocked at the lack of customer care

Bought shoes for an important event at their Brighton shop and was never told that, unlike their website, their shops have a no refunds policy. Had I known, I would not have bought the item, as I needed to take it home to try the boots with the outfit I am meant to be wearing on the day. Now I am stuck with very expensive and super uncomfortable shoes in a box, and nothing to wear for the event. First and last Irregular Choices purchase for sure!

Bought a pair of sandals. They arrived with the most ridiculous soles that looked like something out of a museum. Slippery and not suitable for walking. Sent them back for a refund. Down £100. They then sent the shoes BACK to me because they weren't in the original crap cardboard box! I am sending them back to them again. Disgusting company. AVOID.

Bought a pair of size 39 shoes which is always my size, they are defectively small, my mother who is a size smaller can’t even wear them. I emailed customer service and was told that some of their styles are only suitable for people with low arches and that I could return them at my own cost (which would cost me €24) if I wanted a refund. Disgraceful service, I have lots of their shoes but will not be buying from them again and am reporting them to reading standards

Just bought a pair of “Love Means” admittedly second hand but still beautiful in a size 40, I am a UK size 6 and they will not go anywhere near my feet, so I am guessing the run very small, so disappointed 🙄

This is my first time ordering from irregular choice and I think it will be my last.
I brought the Bizarre beasties necklace and scary sweet earrings both in the sale and overall I'm not satisfied with the overall quality or price of the items.
There are a lot of defects such as jump rings which are out of shape leaving no movement at all, as I make my own jewelry I was able to replace these jump rings and correct the problem (which I shouldn't have to do!)
There were some slight chips in the earrings too, not that noticeable but still not nice to see.
The necklace has similar problems with the jump rings too, mostly out of shape and restricts movement between the different pieces.
The chain quality feels too cheap and most likely to break.
The quality of the necklace looks and feels cheap also.
I'm glad I didn't pay full price, very over priced for what they are, the current sale price is more like what it should be charged.

Absolutely stunning shoes, and it’s a a real boon to be able to get nice comfortable ladylike shoes in my size. I have several pairs now and recently treated myself to the Pokémon boots and they’re so comfortable!

Unique shoes, the sizing is all over the place though, which they hilariously blame on shoe style. Horrible customer service email department too, which makes me want to buy a lot less from them.

Amazing, best place ever. The shoes are unbelievably unique the staff were smiling at all times. purcheses are worth every penny. The experience was perfect I can't stop thinking of those shoes.

I got the midnight snack shoes in two colors. I'm usually a size 8.5-9 in US sizes. I ordered a yellow pair in a size 40 and the blue pair in size 41. These shoes must run small because it said a size 41 was a US 10 but those fit way better than the size 40. I'd size up if your getting midnight snack specifically

This company is easily contactable when needed especially with any shipping enquiry's. The quality of the shoes and jewllery pieces are excellent, well worth the price.

Great shoes, some overpriced, easy to order and return.

I was given a pair of Wizard Of Oz poppy field shoes as a gift. I have worn them twice and the heel tips have disintegrated .
I emailed customer services at Irregular Choice and sent a photo to show what has happened . It can clearly be seen that the shoes have hardly been worn. I have asked for two heel tips so I can get them repaired.
They have said they won’t do anything as I can’t provide a receipt, even though I told them they were a gift.
I expect better customer service than this. I’m not asking for replacement shoes just heel tips that probably only cost them a few pence.
Although I love their shoes and have several pairs, I will not be buying any more as they obviously are not concerned about their customers

There is so much pretty but unusual choice! I ordered a pair of lovely shoes for my wedding day. Ordered on Thursday delivered on Saturday, I'm a 6 or 7 UK size. 39 was too small, so sent back on Saturday and ordered another pair size 40. They were delivered on today on Tuesday! Had an email today to say my refund has been issued, it's not appeared in my bank as yet but i'm confident it will. I emailed customer services and got a prompt reply. The whole transaction was simple and fast and the shoes are gorgeous! Would definitely recommend this company for shoes for a special occasion 😊

Definitely scammed. I paid over $120 AUD and no contact from the comapny regarding my order. The first email just told me to be patient and wait. Now no contact.

I hate to give a 1* review without knowing much of the legit company. But I found this as the best way to warn about a scam, there are several scam sites pretending to be this business.
One of them is extdiuo.com, the site is a full copy of the original irregularchoice.com site, they even have the shop pictures up. They are currently running a big ad campaign, with a pretend sale.
Make sure to use the legit site before ordering.

Amazing customer service. My husband accidentally sent my M&S return to Irregular Choice returns but after I emailed them and explained the bizarre turn of events, they alerted their returns department, found the stray parcel and posted it back to me super fast, all free of charge. Literally couldn’t give them more plaudits! Bravo!

Almost two weeks and still waiting on my shoes. Ordered them for a Christmas party on the 3/12/22. Ordered in plenty of time, outfit arrived but no shoes. Contacted customer services all they said was ‘we apologise’. So I wait until they are delivered, if they are even delivered as customer services won’t do anything. Would not recommend buying from them.
