I bought two tops. The quality is very poor, particularly one which resembles a J-cloth as far as fabric is concerned. The sizing is very confusing as the size 10 swamps me. I usually wear a size 12.
I am now uncertain as to whether to return them or not. I spent £77 on the two of them. If I return them am I just spending yet more without any chance of a refund? Unfortunately what they say is not usually what they do.

Took weeks to get the item as coming from China.Very poor quality not as shown in picture or video.Tried to return but return is not free and very expensive.

Absolutely awful. Cheap and nothing like picture. Can’t send it back as classed as a sale item. Have thrown away £34.95 😡

Blatantly misleading the public with their company name and advising they ship via DPD/Royal Mail.

I ordered 2 August and have received tracking info from Yun Express from China.

Unfortunately Trustpilot won’t let me add photos as evidence of their deception.

Companies should be required by law to be more transparent with their location and distribution network.

Goods not as described, refund refused despite guarantee of a 100% refund. Do not order from the site. Company has ceased corresponding. Reported to trading standards.

Don’t be fooled - this company does not ship goods from London despite their misleading name. Took weeks to arrive. Shocking quality product - cheapest quality material, horrendous fit. Looked absolutely nothing like the picture or advert. Requested a refund but was told I could only have 30% because it was a sale item. On further probing it turns out it is nothing to do with it being a sale item - it is because they ship from China and therefore postage costs are more than the item. Reported to trading standards for misleading advertising and not upholding consumer rights.
