Beware. Returning anything to them and getting a refund is a nightmare. It's been over two months since I returned my items. I've had to write them 3X. First, you need to send to Turkey. The items got stuck in customs. Even after the items were released, they still didn't refund. I'm still waiting. I shouldn't have to keep writing them to get a refund.
I bought a jacket of their's that had a forever guarantee for repair/exchange/refund.
The waterproof has worn out in some parts and the material on the pockets has warped (they don't stay flat on the jacket).
It's not a bad jacket, but with the problem - they first said they don't do any repairs. After I pointed out their forever guarantee (from an email, because they no longer have it on their website), they've offered a credit for the full purchase price of the jacket.
That would've been an acceptable solution had I purchased the jacket for the 50% or so off it was marketed it as after a 1-2 months of my purchase.
I bought it at full retail, I should get the full warranty as promised. The jacket isn't terrible and at least they gave me credit - but that's no excuse for the marketing trickery they played on me.
