I had an issue with an e-scooter purchased from this company.
I contacted the support line and was asked to send a video of the fault. They quickly diagnosed the fault and sent me a replacement part. As I was not confident fitting the part, they picked the scooter up by courier had repaired and back to me within 7 working days. Now in my mind that is excellent service. Their communication was always first class and responded within 24 hours. 5 star service.

Do not buy from iscooter. They are scammers. I bought a scooter it had photos showing it in the rain. It arrived instructions said do not ride in rain. Sent it back to them unused had changed it or taken off the clear protectors stickers. They refused to give me any money. They ignored all my messages. It took over a year to get £400 back as part was paid with paypal and part thru my bank. My bank got me the £400 but paypal wouldnt help because by the time this had all been done and them pretending to sort it at first until the 30days had gone by in which paypal could help. After the 30 days they stopped replying. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. IF THEIR PRODUCTS BREAK IF YOU EVEN RECEIVE IT THEY HAVE BEEN KNOW TO TAKE IT BACK FOR REPAIR THEN NOT SEND YOU ANYTHING. THEY SHOULD BE HELD FOR THEIR ACTIONS IN COURT AND FINED THEIR COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND THEY SHOULD BE IN PRISON FOR ROBBERY. DISGRACEFUL COMPANY.
THEY MESSAGED TO ASK ME TO CHANGE MY OLD REVIEW AND THEY WOULD REFUND ME MONTHS AGO AND ONCE I CHANGED IT THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO OPERATE.
🚨DONT LISTEN TO THEIR REPLY THEY DO NOTHING THEY SENT THIS TO MY LAST REVIEW THEN ASKED ME TO CHANGE IT TO SHOW I WOULD IF THEY REFUNDED ME THEN DONT REPLY AFTER MONTHS NO REFUND £300 LOST AS HAD TO PAY £50 TO RETURN WHICH THEY SAID WOULD BE REFUNDED WHEN THEY RECEIVED IT THEY DIDNT REFUND IT OR THE COST OF THE SCOOTER. This was supposed to be my sons birthday present.
I ordered an ix 1200w electric scooter after seeing it on their website. When it arrived it had a 1000w motor so I contacted customer service to say I received the wrong one. After Waiting a few days for a reply they told me the 1000w scooter is the 1200w scooter and they won't change it for the 1200w scooter or give me my money back. I now have to claim the money bak through my bank.

Great value entry-level e-bike from iscooter.
My EB3bike arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Assembly was straightforward and took just an hour.
It’s been very reliable for my short daily commute. Even the steep hill out of my estate is effortless on pedal assist level 1 or 2. No need for throttle at all.
Excellent entry-level e-bike for the price. Highly recommended if you want something simple and effective.

Ordered 2 M10 electric bikes
Ordered 2 M10 electric bikes. The bike build quality if far better than expected for the price and they look great.Only issue was that both bikes had faulty controllers (assist was either on or off, rather than graduated from 1 to 5) reached out to customer service, who answered within 24 hrs and sent new controllers, supplied 2 videos of how to replace them myself(which i did successfully) both bikes are now working as should. Very impressed with this companies customer service and i highly recommend the company and the M10 bikes.

Got a scooter battery packed in after 3 months now want me to prove the issue I've sent videos of it not working now what me to get a wattage tester or millimeter to test it for them absolutely shocking avoid at all costs better companies out there oh I also got an extended warranty of them which means nothing to them and now want me to take it somewhere to get tested by an engineer in my area like they are on every corner or something when they should do all this themselves if someone has a faulty item off their company

Poor iScooter Customer Service
I ordered the iscooter i9 and there were issues with the Bluetooth connection and the display screen. I called their customer service number 10 times, but no one answered. I emailed for help and it felt like they were copying and pasting answers from ChatGPT. I would have to repeat my answer serval times and they would only reply once a day, which went on for over 1 week. Clearly their customer service is not based in the UK. As customer service offered me no help or assistance, I eventually gave up and went to an e-scooter repair shop. At the repair shop I was informed that I should not have brought from the iscooter company as they are known for not providing good customer service and their escooters are poor quality. I learnt my lesson and would give -1 star for the customer service if I could.
