It used to allowed UK's bank transferred to its shopping card for topping up. At the day with especially high exchange rate, the business gonna force you to use their Alipay to top up the shopping card with expensive rate of exchange change. By showing a notification that due to 'bank fault', they only can accept topping up by Alipay. Very low trust business. Such shameless liar.
