I've been using iSkysoft iMedia Converter Deluxe for a couple of years and then last year when I updated my MacOS to Mojave certain functions in the software stopped working. At the time it wasn't an issue but recently my workflow has changed due to Covid pandemic and had to work from home. Now the issue that wasn't an issue which at the time I could live without became something I needed to use. So over the last couple of days I was supported by tech support person called Avery at iSkysoft and now my issues have been sorted.
I'm totally happy and indebted to staff member for their help.

Have ISkysoft Video Converter Ultimate - converted several DVDs for use on my hard drive - to MP4. Video is a little blurry - but does work! But audio converts only the left Channel - so voices in a surround system come mainly from the left speaker and a little from the center speaker - even when the person speaking is in the Center of the Screen. Very Disappointing. Have not found anyway to correct this bug in their software!!!!

dr.fone (mac) - iOS Toolkit (IS) I Purchased this for Euro 159,96.

Am really not satisfied with the product:

The dr.fone (Mac) - Screen Unlock (iOS) has erased my iPhone to factory setting ! this is absolutely not what I wanted. I was testing to see whether this function will unlock my screen and NOT erasing my phone completely !!!!

The dr.fone (Mac) - Phone Transfer (iOS&Android), tested this to transfer ringtone from iPhone to Sony android, it is not even recognizing my Phones !

The dr.fone (Mac) - Phone Manager (iOS), not recognizing my phones !

Please refund me ASAP the paid amount and cancel my 1 Year subscription immediately.

Software that does its job properly is normal, especially when you have paid for the license. But when, in addition, the Service Support is responsive and competent, it is the TOP. To buy with confidence.

The worst software and customer support I’ve ever dealt with!! By far! Also you have to jump through hoops in order to get your refund and still end up not getting it. Responses are through email only and they’re super slow with getting back to you!! Stay away at all cost!

after 3 hours of very slow processs(52% completiotion) i tried other aviable software, which did complete scan in betweeen 2-3 hours to 100% completition, and there was even free limited free option to recover, instead charging me for single file.
So my question now is do i buy 1year license from iskysoft ? Or will pay bit more and get software which works better and will stay with me more than a year ?

Followed the instructions on their website for the windows recovery - purchased the lifetime license.
Apart for the credit card transaction going of my card, i have not received the e-mail that they say you will receive ?

I purchased irecover, it didnt work with all the files I needed. Of course, I was trying to find my files, and it took me some time, so I came to conclusion, that the missing files are nowhere in showed in restore! So i demanded refund 20th day I purchased it. They didnt refund. What a thiefs.

Downloaded and installed as the instructions stated for Iskysoft Recovery IOS and Android. Use it in trial version to transfer one mobile to another seemed to work in demo mode. I then purchased at great expense their product £170 and this is where my problems happened. My product on Windows 10 didn't fully activate and have spent numerous times on support email getting anywhere and cannot get a resolution. They don't even have a sametime / instant message so all correspondance have to be by email / costly phone. Even a password reset to my accounts do not work via their URL and you have to wait several days to get the next response from them.

They are reluctant and slow to resolve the situation, all I want now is their software off my machine and a refund.

Extremely unhappy with Iskysoft don't repeat my mistake of wasting several hundred pounds / dollars / euros purchasing their goods - source your items else where and avoid ISKYSOFT at all costs.

Their support at moment is non functional, poor, slow and painful, they don't seem to deal with customer complaints or software issues - all I want now is for a full refund.

Downloaded and installed as the instructions stated. I was trying to recover just my contacts list. Followed the instructions step by step and the Iskysoft tool kit said "analyzing device". It took 1 hour 17 minutes to get to 90% and the phone restarted 9 times. At that point the tool kit window said 90% and stopped going forward. After another 15 minutes the program froze and stopped working. The phone became very warm. At this point I do not know what additional evil crap this junk installed on my phone. I removed the software from my PC and tried to contact Iskysoft support. Their support is non functional.

SNEAKY! THEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO QUIT. THEY SEEM TO THINK ITS OK TO WASTE 30 MINS OF YOUR TIME SO YOU WILL GIVE UP AND LET THEM KEEP CHARGING YOU! DON't JOIN!!

Do NOT buy this software!!! You will waste dozens of DVDs to get one to burn just like I have. It crashes at 70-98% of burning and says "This type of DVD isn't recognized by your burner."

This platform is so trash and my phone got hacked don't use this crap.

iSkysoft is a Software & Technology company based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, and seem untouchable. I found it impossible to communicate with them when I had problems. Now they are emailing me that I can upgrade at a special price. No thanks!!

It didn't recover ANY missing files. Instead it "recovered" files that are already on my computer. Waste of time

I needed it to recover an important paper I was writing during my masters program which it did. HOWEVER, the low rating is coming from me cancelling TWICE and yet somehow the auto renew kept on going for a second year which I did not want. I purchase things I’m iffy about through PayPal and it is listed as an inactive subscription yet I still received an email about an autorenewal for a third year. This company is awful in that regards. I was able to google and cancel my subscription through the wondershare.com website. Used my email to find the order number. Hopefully this has worked and I won’t be charged any further! If you need the exact site, reply because it isn’t allowing me to post it here.
