Don't even bother: they use a Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate to sell! I own that marvellous piece of software (actually I bought all their video converters, no matter if Filmora, Ultimate or Simple converter) for my mac and is working brilliantly. And then comes next question: how in the world do they sell a modified application (because is modified from the original wondershare one) and sell that? I would really like to know.

Wasted a DVD. DVD doesn't even work on Windows computers and when it does work on the TV, has a GIANT WATERMARK ON THE CENTER OF THE VIDEO. Horrible, Awful, and Disgusting. That's what I get for using the Demo Version.

I purchased iSkysoft Toolbox for iOS (Mac) a few years ago, worked great for a while. It began quitting shortly after opening so I tried to reinstall it...mistake...key doesn't work twice, want me to buy again...!!
I contacted the technical support to fix the problem, but they never get back to you. They are so shady and once they get your money you are screwed. The customer service is even worse. The common response we need the order ticket and once you provide it to them, they ignore you.
Their software’s don’t work. Don’t trust this company. Read their product’s reviews before you attempt to buy from them.

The lowest life "customer service" I have ever had in my life. After having installed my Data Recovery for Mac software, it doesn´t recover any of the three files I am aiming to recover.

I write that to their customer service, where after they ask me for my case ID. I send that to them and request a refund where they state that someone from "Technical support" will be in touch. I get a rude reply from there with a comment that says "it doesn´t help your case attaching a screen dump (with our 30-day money back guarantee)". That´s another surprise. And I still have gotten no resolution to my package issues whatsoever. I just claim my refund then. After now having been writing ISkySoft about 11 times altogether and having had no useful responses at all - other than "we already answered you" (which they didn´t), and even after having sent them my case ID and complained to PayPal numerous times who now have the case escalated because of their absolutely unacceptable behavior and low life ways of serving their customers. I still have no money back or had any kind of technical service on the product whatsoever. This company stinks far away from fraud and direct inability to serve or deliver as promised. My advice to you guys: Stay away and never come back to these low life crooks. The worst handling of a customer service case I have ever had in my life.

Support team never gets back to you. Created two tickets and no response. Product is good on surface but exported videos look terrible even once you pay for the product. No phone number to contact support. Super lame.

One of the worst software companies I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered the PDF Editor, which wasn’t cheap! And the order was somehow duplicated, so I’d paid for 2 of the same order!

I emailed within the 30 days and was fobbed off with what appear to be automated responses and no direct help with refunding me for the duplicate.

Now I’m being fobbed off my more emails and the fact I can’t be refunded because it’s over 30 days.

This has made me feel really sick and angry. Do not trust this company! They don’t even have a customer service number but only an email system which they take days to reply to!

I ordered some stuff on the site and it took my money but never came. Do not trust!!!!! If anyone knows how I can contact or return my money let me know

It is rare for a company to produce such high quality software and have great customer service as well. I have been using computers since 1987 and have gone through hundreds of software programs. I have never had a program that was totally bug free and user friendly. I am referring to iMedia Converter deluxe....I love it!!! I would recommend their products without hesitation.

I cancelt it one year ago, because i don't use the software. Now they took 44$ from my paypal account. I want my money back, but there is no chance to contact one of the service team. really bad. i will go to police if they are not answering. This is stolen money.

NO HELP AT ALL - take my money and doesn't work on MAC!!!

DO NOT BUY! Product does not work and the company does not help.

The only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that they did eventually give me a refund and they responded politely to my emails. But the product simply does not work and the support team did not provide any technical support at all. 2 stars is generous.

This non-functional product cost me a great deal of time, which is worth much more than the product.

I bought iSkysoft iMedia converter deluxe for Mac a few days ago. It simply does not work. It is apparent that the company never tested it. It *looks* like it works, and it seems to run pretty fast, but it refuses to actually write anything to disc.

I tried various workarounds, such as trying to burn to disc the files that it created for a disc, but that doesn't work either.

Their refund policy (not something you see when first buy the product) claims that all features are enabled in the free trial version but that is simply not true! The trial version does not write to disc, so you can't try it! This is disingenuous at best on their part.

I contacted customer service and they suggested I try iSkysoft DVD creator. This does not work either. It appears to be the same thing as Wondershare DVD creator. I puts a huge ugly logo all over your video and has full blast random noise instead of the actual sound, so it is completely useless. Perhaps that's because it's the free trial version but they did not give me a key. Anyway it's a terrible product if the trial version is so awful, I would never buy anything who trial version was that bad.

I asked customer service numerous times to tell me how to make the iMedia Converter actually *WORK* to convert video to DVD and write it to disc, and they never gave me an answer. Perhaps they just don't know.

Finally I got them to give me a refund. I may be lucky in that regard, but I also gave them some pressure. And they wanted to allow themselves 12 days to issue a refund! Funny how they take your money instantly for something that doesn't work.

Eventually I bought Roxio Toast Titanium 16, which is only for Mac. It's $60 at Amazon, about the same as this useless program. Toast works pretty well, with some issues. Roxio issues updates, which help, and they have phone support. Roxio is not perfect but it works pretty well and it appears to be the only game in town for Macs.

For PCs, you're out of luck with Toast. But there are other Roxio programs, and there is Nero, which you can get for $20.

iSkysoft needs to either dramatically improve their product quality and support immediately or simply go out of business. It's that simple.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ISKYSOFT.

The site states 100% money back guarantee but they do not honor this. I purchased one of their products but it did not work. They refused to refund.

Cheap marketing tactics and products that do not work.

Downloaded a software for which they charged me $64 even though it was advertised as $49. Software did not work--required LOADS of memory from my phone, which I could not free up. As SOON as I realized this I contacted customer service to request a refund. I am now on my 4th email with them, answering the same questions, and their most recent message said "if you refuse to cooperate"--I AM cooperating! Loaded words. As a consumer who is used to the flawless and unquestioning customer service of Amazon, I am shocked by this situation. They overcharged me, the software is not working, I am requesting a refund, so refund me. It's not rocket science.

After downloading did not let me save and forced a water mark on all PDF saved file OR I must have bought the PSF from this Con Company!! Feel like bashing the face ot he man who created this.

Why did not it tell me in advance that all docs will be water marked!

I like others here send warning to potential users of this pathetic company. I used them because of great write ups online but I never thought of using Trust Pilot before I stupidly installed their phone software and ended up bricking my phone and yes to get it back to normal would have cost me $40 to pay them for doing a job on my phone. Stay well away from this bunch of criminals, actually they're part of the Wondershare crowd and avoid them at all costs and believe me there will be lots of costs involved if you do use them.

Hate these guys, they make you backup your phone for free but you need to pay to restore the data...

Horrible company. Takes an act of god to get a refund if I will even get one then. After you purchase they tell you the only way you can get a refund which is basically no way you will get your money back if you read what it says. I am so mad that I forgot to check reviews before purchasing from this Chinese ripoff company. Avoid like the plague!
