Tried renting a car through them and it was a pretty bad experience. They don't disclose that there are extra hidden fees (almost as much as the rental) through the actual car rental agency. (Isle Blue just brokers our the rental). Isle Blue collects the payment upfront but the actual rental agency won't give you a car until the additional fees are paid. Their "Service" department also closes at 3pm so it's not easy getting ahold of them. Lastly the only notification you get is through email so if you do book with them make sure you have good internet and a laptop when organizing all of the extra fees the day of. I would not recommend.

I'm sure the villas are fine, but I had a poor experience with looking. Back in September, I booked 4 nights in Cabo San Lucas. We then saw that they were offering a fifth night at 50%, so we booked an additional night. It wasn't until later that we realised that they had increased the prices for the original 4 nights before giving us the 50% discount! So there was, in fact, no discount at all. After a long back and forth conversation, they would do nothing to apply the discount we thought we were getting. There are lots of places to book luxury villas. I recommend using another site!

So very happy to recommend this company. I came across them more by chance than by design and yet you can simply see & feel from their site the professionalism, the quality and the total luxuriousness of all their listings. Admittedly & with good reason they are not the cheapest and that just adds to the allure and attractiveness.
We simply cannot wait till we set off and actually experience the BVI's but so far the communications and attention to all details from Isleblue is top class. Having now booked, we are eagerly awaiting the Villa information pack from our very own dedicated concierge lady, so thrilling.
