I had a great experience at stratford on monday and the bouquet I got was absolutely beautiful.

The two girls working there were incredibly helpful and friendly. I didn’t catch their names, but they gave amazing customer service and created the perfect bouquet for me.

I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend!

Great communication. Ella was very helpful with my request to ensure my 89 year old mum received her flowers directly, and the delivery driver was kind enough to carry the flowers to my mother's kitchen table. That's great service. Thank you!

I ordered a funeral wreath via interflora. No notification of delivery despite being told I would be informed via email. Phone correspondence was initially aloof.. member of staff was on lunch break… understandable, we all need a break but why answer the phone! This was eventually addressed to be told it had been delivered the day before.Upon seeing it I was underwhelmed, it didn’t look particularly fresh as an XL wreath and £127. I would not recommend

The Kings Cross store has a lovely Georgian/Regency ambiance. I bought a beautiful plant here with a delicate yoga image imprinted directly onto its leaf! A truly unique touch. Sales adviser Victoria provided excellent, friendly service. A delightful and memorable visit!

Visited London bridge store in person. Great shop front but customer service lacking. I was making a bouquet and asked the florist what would go with a pink flower, very blunt replies, and just asked me how many flowers I wanted of each.

I recently ordered some flowers to be delivered and wanted to make sure the flowers were delivered to the correct address. I spoke to Ella who was absolutely fantastic in helping me make sure that a very important gift arrived on time and at the right location. The flowers were beautiful absolutely perfect for the occasion. I would highly recommend this company and especially Ella who is an exemplar of excellent customer service and the delivery driver Edison who ensured the flowers were delivered to the correct address

Not only are the flowers sensationally beautiful, the service could not be nicer or more competent. Last Monday I bought a lovely bouquet of flowers in all shades of purple from Isle of Flowers in King’s Cross Station. The recipients of the flowers were delighted!

I went into the Liverpool Street branch and was very happy with the service, the florist there was very helpful and kind she took her time and explained all the flowers and was genuinely honest with me about what would look nice together and which flowers have a long life span , we ended up creating a bespoke floral arrangement and I could not be happier 10/10 recommend.

Got some flowers from Westfield stratford branch this morning. Absolutely rubbish customer service. The lady did not bother to help when asked for recommendations. No water given with the flowers. No flower food solution. No bag. She just gave the flowers and took payment and brushed me off. Every other branch I got flowers from provided all these and had good customer service. I don’t know why you hire people who don’t wanna help people and have an attitude towards customers when they ask for help. Ridiculous
