The Mother's Day gift that did not arrive!
I ordered a Mother's Day gift for my daughter for her first Mother's Day and was assured by the company that it would be here in time. I received a couple of emails from them that made absolutely no sense and in the end the item is not here in fact it is not even in the country yet! Companies should not advertise items for specific days when they are not completely confident that the items will arrive at the destination country in time. I cannot comment on the quality of their items as I've not received it but just beware that delivery takes a lot longer than they state on their website

I bought a bracelet. Unfortunate Part of it broke within a year. I have just received my replacement bracelet and I’m ecstatically happy with it. From reporting the item to receipt of a replacement free of charge was less than 2 months.
I’m also very happy with Israel Blessing’s customer services something I have found to be quite rare nowadays. They have shown sensitivity, care and consideration for me, their customer. The speedy and courteous manner with which they have dealt with my issue deserves a special mention. They have gone beyond what I requested.
