Terrible

I sent four packages to a friend in Israel, three of them contained one bottle of alcohol. Two packages arrived with bottle smashed. One never arrived. Only one, the one without alcohol, arrived unbroken but very late.
Terrible.

Horrible

My box came completely broken, it was open and the stuff could just fall out of it. It also took more than a month to arrive from spain to israel, the tracking was saying it was already delivered although it wasn’t. Also the post office didn’t call me to say I need to pay a tax until the last minute

Very slow, no tracking info

Important documents sent from Israel a week ago via Israel Post's EMS service still haven't arrived. Tracking is very poor: not regularly updated so there is no information on the current status of your package (all I know is that mine was sent to the UK last week). Much better to use a proper courier service (FedEx, TNT, DHL) for anything urgent or important.

Atrocious

Slow, rude, no one to talk to. Registered door to door deliveries get sent back to main office without even an a knock on the door, claiming you weren't home. Do not use this service under any circumstance unless you want to find yourself standing for hours in a crowded room waiting for a package that could have easily slipped into your mail slot.

The service does not deserve any trust
The service does not deserve any trust. it takes a very long time to process the etchings. My order sent on 09.12.2020 from UK came partially, they lost a spare part worth $ 284. LK005575868ES due to tracking site it is still in Modiin since 16.12.2020.
It is one day delivery?

Decent but flawed, with little regards for care

So, it took only 8 days for my order to arrive in Germany. The package came in a HUGE plastic bag by the Israel Post apologizing for "Damages during forwarding to destination". There were no damages, so I think this is some Just-in-case thing which is nice. Their tracking, however is very undetailed. They still use stamps and registered Mail is a small sticker with a barcode on it. The tracking only ever had 2 updates, one at posting in the office and the other is "sent to Germany", where 5 days later, it arrived.

Edit: Ordering more from Israel, the "Sent to Germany" status is reached within three days. I checked with flightradar 24 and there's a Lufthansa Logistics flight from Tel Aviv to Frankfurt every 2 - 3 days so you can expect parcels from Israel to Germany within 7 - 10 days if customs play along. As for the tracking status, tracking in the destination country is only available for EMS shippings, but with the cost they comply with the global standard at more or less 30€ for EMS.

Edit: Standard registerred indeed does not feature international tracking. However, EMS and Eco Post are of service in that manner. Yesterday marks the second time I have received a damaged item by this postal company. First time, the seller luckily Fort Nox'd the parcel so only the cardboard box was damaged, but it was in a plastic bag by the Israel Post apologizing for damages. As for the parcel from yesterday, the seller send my hoodie very lightly packaged and the Israel Post managed to rip the side of the blastig bag it was in open. It looks like it was done with sand paper, as the seller sent a free cap which got damaged in the process and was probably where the bag ripped. This time, it was in a plastic bag by the German Post. Very disappointing to say the least. Eco Post also takes incredibly long to show any updates. One of my items has been sitting in the Office it was posted at for 12 days now.

AS BAD AS IT GETS!!

AS BAD AS IT GETS!!! This so-called post office has no service at best and when they do something resembling any service it takes forever and most of the time in a really bad way. I get SMS sometimes that read delivery attempt while I am at home and there wasn't any delivery attempt really, and I had this happening a few times with the same package a few times for a few days. Calling the post office one can wait for about 55 minutes just to get a person to answer and brush you off. I get packages shipped from Amazon with this bad service of the Israeli Post Office, and it takes about 3-4 days to get to Israel all the way from the west coast in the U.S. Just to get stuck here at this bad post office sometimes between 10-21 days about 10 miles from my home, and then when I get the packages some of the times they are opened and or crashed. I've asked Amazon many times not to use Israel's Post Office services nor I-Parcel which as it looks like compete with each other who will be the worst, but as it seems Amazon is getting some sort of sweet CHEAP DEALS from these so-called curriers and just can't seem to be able to refuse such "a sweet deal"! I encourage people to call Amazon and others and keep complaining until either the Israel's Post Office will fix its ways (will never happen) and hopefully, Amazon and others will STOP USE THESE TWO CURRIERS ALTOGETHER!!!
