Better than any other city passes in the world
After searching for different tours and activities in Istanbul, found this pass very helpful and more affordable. The good thing is state museums can be visited with a tour guide and skipping the tickets line. Also having airport shuttle for free was very attractive. Thanks for your support during our visit in Istanbul.

Good experience
We bought Istambul Tourist Pass for 4 days. In general it was a good idea, and the activities we did were good. We would have been more pleased if more activities were included, for example an activity in the asian zone.
However, we are specially grateful to Ilke Nur, the person that guided us in the majority activities.

I didn’t think this is worth it
I didn’t think this is worth it. If it says guided tour that means that’s the only time you can go. For example you can’t visit the Blue Mosque at a time which isn’t their 9am guided tour (same applies for all the sites).
So we go to the Hagia Sophia guided tour at 10am. But they don’t have a guide waiting in the line. You’re in a separate location and then you need to wait in the line like everyone else. By the time the tour actually started it was 1030am. By the time it finished it was 1130am, which meant we couldn’t make it to the palace tour at 1130am. So yeah definitely not worth it if you only have two or three days because you can’t fit a lot of the tours in on the same day based on their guided tour schedule. None is this is very clear until you actually arrive and try to start seeing things. Just beware this is not good value. You’re better off purchasing admissions for everything separately and seeing them at your leisure. Istanbul is amazing but I was really disappointed with this.
Btw, the guide was very solid I enjoyed her presentation. No criticisms on that front.

We were absolutely not satisfied with the pass. Lots of information on the website was wrong: there was the need for booking, no internet, many promised tours were not included, WhatsApp messages were ignored sometimes.
Would not recommend.

Convenient
Good value pass if you are sure you can make use of all the opportunities it provides. I found the pass difficult to use sometimes when I did not have WiFi and since I did not have roaming data. The experiences eg Bosporus cruise and day trips to the mountains were well organized but long days. Convenient to save having to source all of the entry fees, trips etc individually.

Do not waste your money in this. You have been warned. Almost all the stuff they said is included in the pass are actually free admission. Tour guides know nothing about the places!

Worths buying it, just to skip the queues...
We bought the Istanbul Tourist Pass for our short visit to Istanbul, it was delivered the previous night so we could use the tickets as soon as the next day. I realized how great of a decision it was to buy the pass when I saw the ticket queue in front of the Topkapi Palace and the Hagia Sophia museums. I totally recommend it.
