Well after your answer

Well after your answer, i still dont have the help i was asking for. Send you more dan 35 emails en recieved 0 response! I ask you to contact the merchant for me because they ignore me. All im asking is you contacting the merchant.. your name is the money provider sending it to the merchant! I have it Black on White on my bankaccount.. so i ask you contact themetchant and help me with sending a message to them.. thats all

I can send proof your name is on it , if you respond to your emails you would know that

We cannot therefore directly assist you in this matter, nor can we enter into a reimbursement agreement with you for any reason. Your dispute is with the merchant/Beneficiary of your funds directly regarding your gambling deposits.

We cannot engage with or resolve complaints from individuals who are not our customers, particularly where the subject matter falls outside the scope of our service.

Your enquiry/dispute should be directed to the merchant with whom you transacted.

Alternatively, please contact the financial institution of which you are a customer for assistance.

Very bad service ISX im still waiting…

Very bad service ISX im still waiting for help after 3 weeks. I would be updated in 1-2 days. I allso have proof from that. After 3 weeks there is still no help are solution are a refund.

A Quick No is better than a mislead Maybe.

If hope and enthusiasm I applied for an account with this company to integrate their Paid By Bank product into my site. I was open and transparent as to the trading style and got a congratulations email. After what is now a week later and several calls to their London based number supplied through the FCA website, I was diverted to a receptionist in Cyprus.

A very pleasant and polite lady, who informed me each time she would pass on my messages. After further chasing I received a mail through the ISX dashboard on my new account to apologise for the delay. They were now reviewing the account previously accepted without any trading and would access with my set up details shortly. Having not heard for some days since I sent another message this morning. WHen I went to check the account this afternoon my password is no longer recognised.

I called the Cyprus again and was told that there was no one available and that she would pass my message on.

The issue here is not whether my business was acceptable to them but the way they have behaved towards what until at least today was a customer. I will now have to inform the platform that offered their service for integration and go back to the drawing board.
It seems even when you are transparent with people they still find ways of not treating you with customer care. We are a new skill based game of chance and hoped we could have done some good for the people of the UK.

Following the completion of our review, we made the decision that we are unfortunately unable to collaborate with your business at this time. While we fully appreciate your transparency during the application process, all onboarding decisions are subject to our internal risk and compliance framework.

As a matter of policy, we do not publicly disclose the specific reasons for declining to onboard a potential client. However, the decision and its basis were communicated to you directly, and you are fully aware of the outcome.

Scam company worked with Juicyfields.io

Scam company. They worked with Juicyfields.io - an international Scam that got discovered and stopped by Europol, all money from investors were stolen unfortunately.

I have screenshots of all SEPA payments sent to the scammer bank at ISX as well as emails exchanged with their support members denying to help with any recovery and to dispute this in a civil manner.

SCAM company

SCAM company. You can deposit money until the moment you try to pay for something or someone. Then they suspend your account and ask for imaginary and not existant documents which is impossible to provide- recipients id, recipients bank account statemnt and so on. Why third party should provide any documents at all? nobody would agree. Got my money back only after submited a fraud report to my original bank from which toped up this account. Never again.

ISX Financial review from an employee

I am fortunate to work at ISX Financial. I get to experience the company from the inside. First of all, the board really cares about the safety of our clients and their discretion. Then there is the organisation which is top notch. From the sales team, to onboarding, to sales, to product, to marketing, to Dev. and compliance. All teams work really hard to improve the experience for our customers on a daily basis. Challenges are always there. But with this group of people, we always overcome them.

I ask my family to help me to sent me…

I ask my family to help me to sent me the money cause i lose my house if i not pay until the day 1 of march ( today) i receive the payment 3 days ago , sent all the document and information but nothing the instant transfer is pending since 2 days, i use flyyk is the same group and work like scam, im really sad and mad to live this experience and choice this financial institute

Really great

Really great, the customer support is excellent, onboarding quite heavy (this i get though, as a quick and easy one would be worrying).

Rates are not the lowest I've seen, but features more than make up for it.

The Business sector of payments

The Business sector of payments, banking and open banking is divided into two sections of professionals. One is very largely populated with amateurs, dreamers, "wanna-be's" and other like-minded individuals devoid of any material substance. The second section is composed of a minor group of professionals who are sharp-minded, ambitious and result-oriented. iSX is a leader in the latter.

No concerns with the company

Have found the company very professional in every way.
I have had no concerns and everything seems to move smoothly.
I just hope at some stage they will issue their own cards and make life easier.
I dislike Visa and for some reason guess my age have problems getting a MasterCard
I dont mind waiting

No fraud protection

The website is full of promises of fraud protection but it is only protecting their customers and they don't seem to do any due diligence on their customers to see if they are legitimate businesses and have regulatory certificates in place. There is absolutely no fraud protection for innocent victims paying your customers !

Quote from an e-mail received from ISXPAY support desk:
We sympathise with your experience however we are unable to retrieve funds from beneficiary accounts unless the beneficiary agrees to return them. Our involvement is very limited.

Our contractual relationship stands with our account holders and not with the payees of them. Furthermore, our account holders are responsible for the services they provide, associated transactions and resolving any disputes with their customers. We are not a party to whatever agreement was reached between your client and the account holder.

Surely if you have frozen the scammer account, they are in breach of contract and therefore, the contract is null and void = you can help a victim get their money back and should be proactively contacting police authorities. It's no use referring me back to my originating bank as you hold all the info on the scammer customer !!
