I've seen the advertising of Italiahome on google and then on facebook.
I had to spend a relevant amount to beautify my living room so I wanted to think twice before placing an order - but I have to say that the customer service is really outstanding!
Once I sent the enquiry i was immediately contacted by Lucia and I received a sample with the fabric the day after, really impressive.
The whole shopping experience was great and the most important thing is that the quality of the samoa sofa and the Tv unit purchased is very very nice.
I'll be shopping with italiahome again and happy to recommend it.

be careful or you waste your money!
I bought the SAMOA bedframe 2y ago and after months of sleeping on the floor, they finally managed to deliver (faulty). After a few weeks they make it right but today it got faulty again and I called Sergio explaining the situation and reading the contract (6y warranty in case of manufacture problem) he just replied that the contract is not valid anymore because the company doesn't exist despite he replied on the phone number that is on the website.
Be careful with who you deal with.

We had a great experience with Lucia and Sergio! We started by choosing a sofa, and Lucia was incredibly patient and helpful through the many versions we explored. We later decided to also order a living room furniture set (whole wall media set) which required even more exploration as it was custom-made with a modular approach. Lucia had very valuable advice for us, and has an eye for detail which meant we often came back to her recommendations after exploring various other options. Last but not least, the installation team with Constantin was very professional and did an impeccable job. We highly recommend Italia Home and thank them for their professionalism as well as genuine care!

We recently purchased a sofa and new bed from this company and our experience from the first visit to the completion could not have been better! They took a lot of time to go with us through the various options and we were made to feel very comfortable, secure and in good hands throughout the whole purchasing process. Be very careful of paying in advance to this bankrupt company. Last year we placed an order in excess of £50k, and paid in full 7 days before delivery as on their T&C. Received damaged goods, and for the last year battling to get things fixed without luck, the original company went bankrupt after we took legal action through courts, was then sold through administrators to an old employee of the company. You need to check their history with companies house prior to sending a penny of your hard earned money their way. You have been warned so be very very careful.
