We were very pleased with the excellent service we received from IL. They were very helpful in providing what we required, in particular the customised chandeliers we needed for hall and landings. The quality of the chadeliers and the crystal was just perfect. The chandeliers were delivered in good time. We would certainly highly recommend IL to anybody wanting to purchase Italian crystal chandeliers.

I have had a very good experience with the Italian Lighting Centre, all of the lamps that I have purchased from them are just beautiful, they look really stunning and are definitely something a little different. The quality is very good and the service provided is also very good, email correspondence is very timely and delivery times are made very clear. I have been very satisfied with all of my purchases.

I ordered 7 of the Bijou cross shaped Fabian lighting (on behalf of a restaurant).

The Advisor on the phone states they would arrive precisely in 2 weeks. This however wasn't the case the lights arrived almost 2 weeks later than the date mentioned and the restaurant owner had to cancel his opening party two times, and I, the electrician's work was postponed due to the inaccurate information told - perhaps the early date was mentioned in order to win sale.

The lighting company did offer a refund, however at this current situation a refund wouldn't help as the lights were nearly here and being offered a refund near the brink just doesn't make any sense.

The lighting company owner did however call and reduced (little) money - however the time and money that I lost as an electrician was priceless (something Italian lighting Centre themselves) can't compensate for.

I am disgusted of what Italian Lighting centre has put me through and this review is only a warning to others - as I really care for consumers and don't want innocent customers to go through this.

Avoid at all costs. If you wan't your lights to arrive a year later than this is the place to order from.

If looking for something a little bit different I would definitely recommend the Italian Lighting Centre. Very helpful staff who kept us in touch throughout the ordering process and everything ran on time.

I was recommended to Italian Lighting-centre by a friend who recently bought two gorgeous chandeliers from them so naturally they were my first port of call. Having not had chandeliers before, I telephoned I.L.C who were so helpful and knowledgable that I was surprised I was dealing with an Internet based specialist. Their range of Chandeliers is large and there were several in my price range. They patiently discussed my needs on the phone and gave me ideas of which Chandeliers might suit. The service was as good if not better than what I would have got visiting the shop of a high end lighting specialist. The after sales service was just as good with never a problem getting to speak to someone immediately. I.L.C are a pleasure to deal and I now have two absolutely stunning chandeliers!

When I approached Italian lighting centre for a shade I couldn't find anywhere on line. The service and help from Siobhan was excellent. She helped with everything from finding and posting it to me ASAP. She was wonderful.

Recently while my son was replacing a socket on my chandelier of more than 10 years old, the colored glass globe covering the lamp dropped and broke. When I purchased the chandelier, I failed to understand the colored glass globes (six in total) were hand blown Murano glass from Italy. I was unable to find a replacement locally but through the internet I found Siobhan Lighting Center in the United Kingdom who were able to locate a supplier in Italy and purchase the colored globe as well as the unusual sockets needed for replacement.

Siobhan acted within a very timely and professional manner and it took very little time for them to send me my missing globe. Thank you for Siobhan; without you I could not continue to enjoy my unique chandelier which makes me smile everyday when I see it.

Advice was very good and helpful, even when we changed our order once or twice. The lamps arrived on time, and in perfect condition. I will certainly return to this firm when needed.

Wanted Fruit Chandelier lights for our new bedroom and found them at Italian Lighting Centre. They were very helpful with choosing the colours for me and the lights turned up on the day as promised.
Shame is, I am still waiting for my buildings to put them up, no one works fast in Guernsey!

As a designer I found what I needed , easy to order, shipped seamlessly and installed perfectly... Simple and elegant.

the photos don't do the lights justice. many of them are too big for my rooms but you can get smaller versions. italian lightings customer service are so professional, whilst being most helpful. the second light i bought didn't look right in the room. italian lighting replaced it - no qualms - and arranged collection, it was so easy. i've already got my eye on the next order but when i've saved for it but this time i will talk to the staff first as they have suggested some good ideas.

This company has one of the most beautiful collection of lights. The lights are even more impressive than the pictures when they arrived. Exceptional craftsmanship and material. The representative were very patience with my numerous inquires. The lights were very well packaged, and arrived on time.

I think would be great if there is a 360 view, and pictures with furnitures. This would further bring out the beautiful craftsmanship.

I found a couple of cracked glass peices when we opened the box for our new light. The glass peices were immediately replaced without any fuss. Great after sales service which is very rare for online shopping.

The lighting fixture is beautiful. It was well packaged. The company is always quick to respond to my email. I am very happy with their service, and will continue to order from them.

I am an interior designer sand ordered two beautiful lights from the Italian lighting centre the service was excellent and the lights are superb quality. My client is extremely happy. I was concerned about trusting a valued possession to a company I found online. But, short of taking a trip to Italy myself I had few options. So I put my faith in Carl and sent off two pieces of my chandelier and my credit card number off to Italian Lighting and crossed my fingers. Carl said that it could take 10 to 12 weeks to get my new pieces. No word after eight weeks and I was starting to worry. Then on week 10 a delivery came. My new chandelier pieces are a perfect match. I can't say enough good things about this company. They were fair, honest, responsive, and professional throughout.
