It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. I was skeptical but had no choice since I was delivering flowers to my girlfriend internationally, so I was a bit nervous but they ended up being reliable. I've used this site four times now, each bouquet being beautiful.

Ordered flowers for family in Bahrain from us in UK. The service was excellent. Kept informed all through. Flowers looked very special.

I placed three orders from Denmark in December with delivery to three different cities: Bologna, Naturns, and Merano. All three orders were beautiful bouquets and were delivered as agreed. I was very satisfied.

An amazing florist brought so much joy to my daughter! The orchid exceeded the quality shown in the photo. I plan to order from them again and will suggest their services to others.

No flowers available so they tried to get me to replace flowers for 75 euros by a small pot plant ! customer suervice was terrible ! Please avoid this scam !

The delivery of flowers was on the mentioned day around 11 which was perfect. The flowers were really beautiful and the surprise was amazing. The only thing is the number to call was saying inexistent and couldn’t reach anyone for support!

.I paid for a specific product, pink roses in a classic vase. The day before delivery they messaged they didn't have the colored flowers I asked for and offered me a different color or I'd have to wait a week to get the ones I ordered. I had no choice so I accepted the substitute item because it was a get well gift. Upon seeing the flowers the vase wasn't even right it was a simple glass vase and the display of flowers looked nothing like the picture i ordered. Very dissatisfied with the service and items. I did order from you and I wish I could attach pictures of what I ordered vs what I got. In fact you even messaged me on what's app about not having the right flowers the day before they were to be ordered

Very good customer support. I was looking for same day Saturday delivery, but the website form cut-off time was earlier than the time I was placing he order. Italianflora contacted the local florsit to confirm that they could do same day delivery, which they could, so I was able to place the order via Whatsapp and pay.
The flowers were also excellent.
This is the second time I have used Italianflora, and will definitely use them again.

The flowers I ordered and what was delivered are two completely different things. The delivered flowers just looked pathetic compared to the ones in the picture.

I have ordered flowers, 2 days ago.
Today would be the delivery day.
After me writing first to them (today), they responded that my order has been cancelled and that I will get full refund.
If I haven't asked, what would have happened.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

I will start with the positive. Italian Flora was efficient. I got instant replies via Whatsapp which was great because I ordered the day before I need the flowers to be delivered. It was my daughter's milestone birthday.
Now the negative, the bouquet was completely different from the photo in the website. A few roses, lilies and some additions. The website photo shows a lot of pink roses, pink/purple lilies and additions. I paid for more roses to be added hoping that the bouquet will look full of flowers. What was delivered was quite disappointing. It looks like an ordinary arrangement u can buy from supermarket put in a glass vase. I specifically said it is a milestone birthday. They offered a small refund which I am still waiting for...

Had a great experience!! They were helpful trying to help me with the address for delivery (since its very different then our US style addresses) AND, when they did have a hic-up in first attempt of delivery, they pursued phone numbers and still delivered the correct day and it was beautiful!!! I had tried to order flowers/gift basket for my sister n law’s birthday, who was in Florence for the month. I tried a different company ( the first international I could find) was Flora Queen-: ( - who basically said “we can’t help you with the address, our computers GPS is down so Sorry “- not good CS on their part but good for Italian Flora and me. :). I am very happy with the service and the gift basket !!

I used this site as another option to Interflora which was ridiculously expensive. I ordered flowers for a friend who lives in Milan and has been ill. She loves Sunflowers so I ordered a mixed bouquet for 45 euros. They arrived on time, they were absolutely stunning and she was ecstatic. My experience despite doubt was excellent and I would definitely use this site again. They were very professional and made my friend and myself very happy. Thank you. Grazie millie

First time i ordered they didnt have the flowers i wanted so i took "lesser" ones which is okay but still not nice. Second time i order it has a nice picture of a heart shaped box on the image with chocolates but they ended up sending a simple merci for valentine's day. Saying the description says "box of chocolates" not "heart box of chocolate" like the image showed. Paid 75 euro for a merci and 9 roses, crazy prices.

Alessandra, Annalisa and their team provided their utmost effort to get my delivery order perfect. After emailing and calling a local florist in Italy from the United States, which told me they could not accept my order because they were not linked to credit cards outside of the country (what?!), I fortunately found Italianflora. I liked their selections and they promised free delivery, so I thought I’d take the chance ordering online with them. It was a 5-star experience! They found me on WhatsApp to communicate availability of my floral selections. When not available in their inventory, they suggested alternatives which were comparable or better at no extra charge. Since there was no urgency to my order and with the time difference between the countries, I was able to wait for them to procure just what I wanted. Once confirmed, delivery occurred same day. My family sent messages and pictures. The product quality was excellent and delivery service as per special instructions. Further, Alessandra and Annalisa communicated in perfect English which made it easy for me to communicate exactly what I wanted. Lastly, they were honest. I never felt the company was cheating me or that my credit card would get hacked. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them for overseas orders.
