This is for your customer service department— I had an issue (probably just a design flaw) with a ring I ordered. Upon contacting Italo, they were easy to work with. Prompt, courteous and understood the problem with the product and were able to offer a suitable replacement immediately. Thank you.

I found the Italojewelry website easy to navigate. The product range is diverse and appeals to a large demographic. Photographs are detailed, as are product descriptions and now I just have to wait to see if my ordered items match the detail online.

I never received the birthday ring I ordered and paid for my wife, from Italo!!! After countless emails with Italo (to no avail), I filed a dispute with my credit card company, Discover. Italo said they would replace the ring for $35. I paid Italo the $35, they came back and said they would not honor the $35 offer unless I cancelled the dispute. Why would I pay an additional $35 for a ring I never received??? There is a major language barrier with Italo being based in China!!! Italo is not a company of integrity, they still owe me the $35 I paid for the replacement ring, they never fulfilled! My wife is so disappointed and I am livid, I will never buy from Italo again!

Firstly, don't believe their shipping times. They are nonsense. You get an email weeks later saying that they are hand crafting your jewellery and it is going to take longer. Chances are, they are not. When jewellery eventually arrives, the presentation and gift boxes are stunning. My rings however were kinda underwhelming.

I bought my last ring from you. I wore it for years. Recently lost it on a bus and was sick about it. 😢 I’m hoping this new ring will be as enjoyable as the last ring was to me.

Your selection is incredible and your quality is superb. Unfortunately I stopped ordering from Italo and changes to Sayabling. Their products are of poor quality and their customer service is dismal.

I haven’t received my order yet so I’m basing this rating on my checkout experience. The email I received said hurry an use code Hurry 15 but it would not let me add the additional code for an additional 15% off and it did not take it off at checkout; I’m considering canceling my order or returning it for a refund when it arrives. I love your products presented for shopping but I’m not happy about the total discount I didn’t receive.

I received the beautiful pink and white sapphire wide band ring for Mothers day.
The ring is jist stunning and so comfortable to wear.
Like other pieces I have purchased from italio, I wear it everyday never taking g it off.
