My aim was to upgrade Windows 7 Pro to 10 Pro and also upgrade Office 2013 Pro to the latest version. I called in local company itcomputer services to help, as I had a massive amount of important files and various important imaging software to retain. Unfortunately a straight forward Microsoft online upgrade download failed as my Windows 7 Pro key was not authenticated at the beginning of the download process for some inexplicable reason. Everything needed to be backed up and retained and the main drive cleared before the new installation could proceed. Jourdan Moses took every precaution to back up and explain everything before proceeding with the new installation and re-installing all my files and software.
