Very good service, repaired screen on laptop and sorted out my slow running pc.

We recently brought a gaming pc from Paul, which he built to our requirements. We are more than happy with the service he provided. He also has updated our laptop to make it more reliable. Paul has helped me with my laptop three times this past year. Every time his communication has been excellent, as is the work her does. He has gone above and far beyond the call of duty to help every time. However for me, being a suspicious person at the best of times, the most important factor is that Paul is 100% trustworthy. Paul from ICFT Computers recently worked on my VERY SLOW laptop which I was about to replace and what a brilliant job he has done of it.
Paul seemed knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to rectify. The laptop came back within the week and to say it is now fast is an understatement! He saved all my documents, photos etc and reloaded them before returning the laptop to me and even connected my printer back up remotely.
I would totally recommend this company to anyone needing help with their IT equipment.

Can't recommend iTFT enough! Paul diagnosed and fixed issues and a virus on my son's PC. He communicated well through-out and gave me several options to fix and improve the machine. If you have any computer issues or simply want to build your own PC and need to know the best way to do it, give Paul a call.

Very happy with Paul. He was very professional throughout. Very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Our two laptops had slowed down considerably and also had out of date issues which he was able to rectify and update. These are working faster than new. So very, very pleased with his work. Happy with the service.
My laptop was slow and freezing. Paul’s identified a range of problems and once we agreed on the work to be carried out he fixed the laptop and tested it extensively before handing it back to me to ensure it works fine.
Now I’ve got a newish laptop.
I liked not only the expertise but the communication and responsiveness too.

Took my pc to Paul as I had been scammed and didn’t know if they had hacked my pc as was very slow on Performance, only took Paul a couple of days to get things sorted out for me , now it’s like having a new pc so quick also Paul put high security on it as well , I’m not that good with IT and had a problem Paul was they on hand to help me out , I would highly recommend Paul and definitely will be using again in the future ,5**

Paul couldn't have been more helpful when we were looking for a gaming PC for our 14-year-old. He offered unbiased advice and strived to get us the best deal possible. Our son is delighted with his PC, which not only looks amazing but offers a fantastic gaming experience. The fact that the PC has a warranty is a big advantage. Paul has also been willingly on hand when we have had probably stupid technical questions! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Paul drove over and picked up my HP laptop at short notice, same day, in atrocious weather ( snow and cold), analysed the problems because the machine had slowed up and had it back within a week fixed and working fine. I would thoroughly recommend him.

I called Paul and he came out same day. Problem solved, iPad updated. Have used Paul over the years and have always found his service excellent. Happy to recommend him.
