I contacted Paul as I was having endless problems with my PC running slow and crashing. We arranged for him to visit, and he still came despite the heavy snow fall we experienced earlier in the year. He was very knowledgeable and identified the problems quickly. Although he had been working for 12 hours, he stayed and resolved the problems. He advised on some programs and software to use, which have proven to be very effective, and we still use them now.
Paul was very professional throughout the time he was with us, and the changes he made to our computer system have had a lasting positive affect.
I would definitely recommend his work to other people as the results we have had, have been excellent.

My laptop was saved! Paul is a true IT professional, who fixed my brand new Lenovo laptop after it was damaged by the water... It would not start at all and now everything is working fine. He even kept all my files and pictures the way they used to be. I'm very happy with the repair and would certainly use his services again. Paul literally resurrected my dying computer and brought it back to a manageable working standard. Most of the technicians are attempting to talk to you in a bizarre language that most of the non initiated people have absolutely no understanding. Paul knows how to simply explain things and is a pleasure to communicate with. He was able to restore all my data and he did put in place a simple system of auto save on different drives which will prevent any loss if another fatal event was to strike my computer again. Highly recommended, fast, reliable and honestly affordable.
