ITinStock advertised a price they refused to honour after the contract was concluded. Server ordered and paid for at £2,850.00, order confirmation received. One day later, an additional payment of around EUR 1,600 was demanded, citing an alleged "pricing error". At the same time, the identical server was listed on eBay for £3,000.00. There was no manifest pricing error.
My written letter raising specific questions received no substantive response. Instead, the payment was unilaterally refunded and the matter declared "closed".
In my view, a merchant who handles confirmed orders this way is not a reliable business partner. Caution advised for business transactions with ITinStock.

Excellent service. Quick, efficient and knowledgeable. They seem to have massive stock and reach across the industry.

Excellent company, next day delivery, exactly what was advertised. I contacted them the next day to advise I had ordered the wrong size bracket for the network cards and they said they would send out the full size brackets the next day FOC ! and sure enough the next day they arrived. Near instant reply’s to my messages, they will be on my favourite list for future orders! Mr Jones

Ordered a UPS from them and it turned up and wasn't working. They went out their way to call me and run through several steps to try and get it working. When we couldn't make it work, they sent a replacement out next day and arranged for the collection of the old one. They went way and beyond and I'm super impressed and extremely happy with the UPS and service I received! Top job, thanks guys

This purchase had its challenges as can happen with any electronic purchase. Mark handled the situation professionally and saw it through to an agreeable conclusion.

How a company behaves when something goes wrong is a test of that company’s integrity.

This Desktop was delivered via UPS in less than 24hrs from eBay purchase. When I eventually found it in the packing and powered it up I found also that it was loaded with 10 and not 8 as expected. I have been told this was deliberate and I can only assume that may have been because I offered to collect it for safety, but I see they do not use the well know company for losses. Notwithstanding, if this is an example of their nomal service one must commend them and more.

I recently purchased a server from them and had a great experience. I'm in the US and never ordered from the UK. They made the process very easy, were very responsive to my questions and shipped the server within 24 hours. Total time from order to delivery was 8 days. The server came well packed no damage. They sent a full diagnostic print out of the server specs etc. from testing done prior to shipping, as well as updated all the firmware the day it was shipped. If you're looking from a great seller in the UK or US I'd definitely recommend using them. Communication was also an A++++ Thank you guys I'll be back for more !!

I bought a cheap low end PC from these guys, the one i ordered, they tested before it left them and they contacted me to say it was faulty but they had an alternative, sent me the spec and asked me if i wanted that instead, the RAM was slightly lower but they upgraded it and all was sorted and I got it within a couple of days. Seemed pretty genuine to me, took a day or 2 to get email responses but no big issue.

This started out as a bad review, but the customer support I got was fast and excellent.
The packaging was VERY good, and the delivery was VERY fast.
The issue I had was the delivery which turned out to be quite expensive to Norway (via DHL).
When they add a note that international delivery will add extra cost somewhere, I will certainly shop here again, and recommend them to others.

Ordered a disk controller, that they "did not have in stock". They still withdraw the payment from the credit card, which they should not do until they send to items (they probably never had).

Got a refund after a few days. Still, this company acts more like a honeypot for orders, than a real business.

Goods never arrived and after 2 months of repeatedly trying to contact the company, I had to give up and claim with credit card supplier to recover funds. Sales team wouldnt respond to emails. Phone went to somebody in logistics who just told me to email sales team.

Free shipping is a lie. They will contact you after your order has been paid to charge you an extra delivery cost.

A 42u rack was delivered which was damaged on every single side. It was poorly protected and covered in a single piece of opaque bubble wrap, meaning the damage was not visible at delivery acceptance. I emailed them with photos of the damage the same hour it was delivered, still at the roadside. They ignored email correspondence and refused any kind of communication over the phone unless they thought I wanted to buy something else. You just get passed to the warehouse for anything other than a sale and the warehouse tells you it's the wrong dept. Chargeback still in progress. Untrustworthy company that charge a premium. Avoid like the plague.

EDIT: Chargeback was found in my favor and I was granted a full refund by VISA. I was informed by my bank that ITinStock had the gall to challenge the dispute and claim it was my fault.

Is a scam website, I added my email but cancelled without registration or giving any more information, they send me an invoice to my PayPal asking for money.

This place only good reviews are from payed people, don't let them Scam you.

Ordered a HP server power supply, was sent a cheaper less efficient part instead which doesn't match the description on the site.
There's no way to reach them via phone - all calls get diverted to the warehouse!
When they responded to my email, they claimed the part was a newer version of the part! I sent them a copy of the HP server specifications document.

Still not resolved - will update review if it does, if not I'll chargeback with my credit card.

UPDATE: ITinStock sent me a return label and I got a refund.

I needed a spare part for a server. On the checkout page, it said "Delivery, standard, 0£". This seemed too good to be true, since it's international shipping, but it said 0£ so I trusted it. Orders shipped from china usually has free shipping, I thought, so I suppose it could be genuine.

A few days later they sent me a bill for shipping that was substantially more expensive than the product I ordered in the first place.

If there had been any kind of hint of what the shipping price would be, and their checkout page didn't *explicitly say* that shipping was free, which was an absolute lie, I would have been fine with this. As it stands this feels like a scam to bait people into placing orders without considering the shipping cost. In the end, my impression is that this company is slimy and I would recommend avoiding them.

Really good stock of enterprise machines that are great for building home labs. I'll be recommending this company. The measure of a good company is how they handle the customer when things go wrong. My first server was damaged in transit. They quickly debugged the issue and arranged for a replacement to be sent on 24hr courier and arranged pickup of the first one. They even threw in an extra PSU. Communication was top level and customer support is fantastic.

I was looking for a reasonably specialized piece of hardware for a homelab setup and this site showed up on a Google search.
They had what I wanted, but I needed some details, so sent them an e-mail. I got a quick response with a good answer, did some back and forth and always got patient and fast responses.
Once I placed the order, it was shipped almost instantly and when I got it a couple days later, my purchase was excessively well packed.
Afterwards, I had feedback on a very minor issue and the proprietor took it seriously and graciously.
I'd have no reservations going back to ITinStock if I were to need something they happened to have... in stock.

Had ordered a server and it was defective and called and emailed them several times but there is no reponse from them and the warehouse personnel said to email which was already done several times but received no response. After sale, they don't care about the customer.
UPDATE:- After writing this review and chasing them, they sent a working replacement.
