Ordered a well women test 8.46 am…

Ordered a well women test 8.46 am saturday1st August as needed to have for a operation on 11th august. Received the following wednesday late but returned it the same day and still not received results and its now 13th August. I have chased for results daily but only ever receive a late message saying they are looking into it. I therefore had to drag my baby for a 2 hour drive on the day of my operation and pay for another blood test . They have taken my money and not given me my results which is fraud. Not happy

I am very disappointed with the service…

I am very disappointed with the service of this company. I ve paid for a food intolerance test-120 foods. The test arrived in a couple of days. Its self carry test i e provides a small finger pinch gadget and 30ml blood container. I've followed the instructions rigorously but even pinching two fingers It wasnt possible to fill the whole 30 ml. I called the company and rose my concern. I was reassured that the blood ( just about 15ml ) might be enough so I sent the sample immediately 28th Mar( Thursday lunch time) with prepaid envelop. Called on Monday afternoon to check if blood is enough but they still didnt have the sample. It should ve been 1st class next day delivery..its a blood!! Got an email on Tuesday they finally got it.( 5days ?). Then in 2 days I got the results showing I m intolerant to 7 foods ONLY ,despite I know at least 17 I am intolerant to. Have tried to call them back but no one answered. Sent them an email on 18th Apr..no answer until today when I said I ll write bad reviews. Now waiting for my money back .
