I ordered a closet in March.
When I called 2 month later they said that something was wrong with order and they ordered again. After several tries to contact later I never heard again. Also wrote that I wanted my money back. Sad 😞

Don't order from It's Kitchen, this is a scam operation. I ordered, and paid, for a couple of furniture pieces 03.03.2025, and still haven't received any goods nor a delivery date. Communication with costumer service is evasive at best.

Ordered goods for almost 10.000 NOK over three months ago, haven’t received anything, customer service barely works, considering filing with the police/forbrukertilsynet.

Update of the order 3884, 3 weeks already since I made the order. They replayed on this site " Your items is on their way, you'll receive a SMS". Today I'm still waiting for it and not a single proper replayed from them yet! Totally not recommended this store!!!!!!!

I think it’s a scam. Ordered something in December, hasn’t arrived, no money back, no one from customer service answers.

Detter er svindel og bedrageri! jeg bestilte en vare i april og har fått jevnlig beskjed på deres kundechat (som er eneste måten å kontakte de på) at jeg skal få et sporingsnummer på varen, men det har aldri skjedd. De kommer nok også til å kommentere på innlegget her at jeg skal kontakte de på chat for å løse problemet, og det kan jeg allerede si at jeg har prøvd både i dag og i går og flere ganger forrige uke uten hell. Dette nettstedet drives av et konkursbo I Farsund, de samme personene driver også nettpris.eu og sikkert flere andre nettbutikker . Jeg har politianmeldt forholdet og sendt beskjed til bostyrer av konkursboet. Anbefaler alle som har blitt svindlet av Itskitchen.no å politianmelde

STAY AWAY!! This is spam and fraud. I ordered an item in April and have repeatedly been told via their customer chat (which is the only way to contact them) that I will receive a tracking number, but that has never happened. They will likely respond here telling me to contact them via chat to resolve the issue, and I can already say that I’ve tried that both today, yesterday, and several times last week, without any luck. This website is operated by a bankruptcy estate in Farsund, Norway. The same individuals are also behind nettpris.eu and likely several other fraudulent webshops. I have filed a police report and notified the trustee handling the bankruptcy estate.
I strongly urge everyone who has been scammed by Itskitchen.no to do the same.

I am writing to express my utter frustration and disappointment with your service. I placed an order on February 7, 2025, for two products and paid in full. Since then, I have not received a single response to my messages in chat, and it’s now April 23, 2025!
This level of neglect is completely unacceptable. I expected at least a basic acknowledgment of my order, but instead, I’ve been left in the dark with no updates or communication whatsoever.
I demand an immediate response regarding the status of my order. (#3040)

I have ordered a shower wall two days ago and transfered money to their account, but there is still silence from them. The fastest thing that they did was sending invoice and bank account number!!
My invoice number is 102458. If the silence continues one day more, I will raise it to Norwegian Police and responsible authorities.
Their way of receiving money is strange, there is paypal port but it doesnt work and you have to select paying through invoice which is very weird in Norway. I trust their website domain (.no) but I regret doing this.****

Never click on this website (itskitchen.no) they are fraud and scam. I raised complaint to local Police.

This Is SCAM!! Please stay away and report to the police so they can get caught. Transfered 2,193,48 kr, for 2 sinks. They think that by answering here or by answering in their website chat they are being honest, but they are the BIGGEST SCAM EVER. Stay away from them, I have reported to the police and now I will write what happened on the local news paper.

FRAUD ALERT: If possible I would have given zero stars. I ordered and, stupidly, paid 2. Feb. Haven't heard anything. Impossible to call, rude when you use chat. Told me by automatic response to use the chat during opening hours. When I replied that it was during opening hours, they replied: What do you want. And I told them that I wanted some proof that they had got my payment and was shipping the goods. Got told that it was to early, and would take three weeks to ship, still nothing, five weeks later. Stay away, this is rip off. I am going to report them to forbrukerombudet and the police. Get some journalist to research who owns this fraudulent company. #2784
17.03 I can see that they have answered under. If you want to check my order the number is #2784, as already mentioned. And to tell the truth is not rude. To lie to customers are rude.

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! After one and a half month and many promises on chat where is so hard to even get an answer I still didn't receive anything. I asked also to cancel the order since they didn't even send it yet, they said ofc it's not possible without saying a reason why!! I told them two times that I'm 9 months pregnant and ask so nicely if they can send my order so I get it before the baby comes, but this company is just a BIG SHAME!! I hope there is a way to stop them doing this, so many people scamed, this is unacceptable in this nice country! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!

English version of my earlier review in Norwegian: This is most likely a scam and therefore clearly fraudulent. They took my money without delivering any of the ordered products. I ordered the goods a long time ago, and all my three orders were all prepaid by invoice on email, but I have received nothing. So, stay away!!

I ordered two furniture items on December 1st, paid for them on December 7th and haven't received any confirmations, notifications of shipment or any tracking information. I have been in touch with company (or whatever it is) representatives, they kept telling me that they will ship my order soon but no progress in the past two months. I complained to my bank but they told me there is nothing they can do because I voluntarily paid for the items. So I am looking where else to complain. This is obviously fraud, I am sure they are in touch with customers only to give the impression of legitimate operations but there is nothing fair about this whole situation. Since there are so many of us who are unhappy and feeling deceived, we should organize and file a coordinated complaint. I'd start with forbrukerradet.

I ordered a living room table on 24 of October. 2 months later i still havent got anything. Everytime i contact them with emails they say you will get it next week. Save your money and dont buy from this site.
