This is a scam

This is a scam. Do not use this company.
I received a beaten up 13 year old piece of crap a week after paying for express delivery. Large scratch in the centre of the screen.
I was stalled with late returns of emails after complaining, to then be told the order was over 14 days old so was not entitled to my money back..... Have reported to trading standards

I purchased a refurbished Apple Mac, which I am very pleased with. I had a few issues to begin with and couldn't download Microsoft. IT Trade solution promptly resolved. very happy with my purchase.

So far so good.

So far so good.
Only received today but setting it up has seemed okay and my teenage son seems please with his new computer.
The only slight grumble is that the mouse feels flimsy but other than that I am happy with the purchase.

A good company to do business with

Ordered a refurbished iMac for a good price. Comms excellent, very rapid response time.Very happy with my purchase. It came with a generic keyboard and mouse, which aren't mentioned in the advertisements, so that was a plus, but the usb dongle was missing. I'm sure that they will sort it out as soon as I get in touch. Would do business with them again.

I received my refurbished Apple iMac from IT Trade in record time, in fact earlier than expected! It was in a like-new condition, neatly packed, and in perfect working order. And it arrived not only with a full 12-months warranty, but I also received an unexpected bonus upgrade of 500 GB totally free of charge! IT Trade Services Ltd. are efficient and reliable, and I will completely trust them to provide my next refurbished Apple Macbook very soon.
