Aka Peppy Kids Club

Aka Peppy Kids Club, it cares about the money more than the kids and English. Whilst my fellow teachers seemed nice my performance supervisor (fancy term for area manager) was the worst human I’ve been forced to work with. He lacked support, destroyed my confidence and made me feel sick with stress until I left. He’s been in charge for 10 years and never had a full team, now I understand why. The training was the worst I’ve ever had in any job, the trainer was so bad in Osaka, she thought she was amazing. As a company it’s best to get the visa and find any job that isn’t here.
