Bad Experience Due to Finance and Support Issues
The academic side of the program was acceptable, but my experience was overshadowed by major issues with the finance team and support services. After failing a subject, I encountered unresolved technical issues that delayed my final exam for 3–4 weeks, and it took an additional 3–4 months to receive results for another subject. Furthermore, an update to a first-semester course was delayed to the point that it disrupted my progress into the second semester.
The contract states that failing a subject should terminate it, yet I continued receiving invoices. When I contacted support, they informed me the contract would remain active until the semester's end—though I could request an early termination, which I did. Now, I’m being charged for two months’ tuition fees for circumstances beyond my control, and despite multiple emails, I’ve received no response or support. This experience has been very frustrating, and I feel my concerns are being ignored.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing…
I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this university. I’m still trying to resolve my issue, but it’s clear the institution is more interested in money than in the well-being of its students. They charge exorbitant fees, yet offer little to no support. The administration is unresponsive, and the general attitude seems to be that, once they have your money, they’re done with you.
Last year, the admissions team enrolled me in the wrong program. Over the phone, a staff member admitted this was their mistake, yet their only “solution” is for me to transfer to the correct program, which would mean losing several credits. This includes exams I’ve already completed, for which I invested time, money, and a great deal of effort. It’s legally unacceptable to leave students bearing the consequences of the university’s errors, but no one has taken responsibility or offered assistance.
I’ve been emailing for two weeks now with no response or support through this difficult process. My legal team is prepared to file a complaint, but we’re giving the university one last chance to make things right and restore my credits. However, their continued silence makes this issue more serious by the day, as it reflects a complete lack of assistance for a problem they caused in the first place. For an institution that charges so much, their neglect of student issues is beyond disappointing.

I recommend it for highly motivated people
I love studying at this university. I think it’s very important to be good at time management and have discipline, and especially to motivate yourself at all times. Since the online study programs are fully flexible, I can study whenever and wherever I want, which was one of the most important things for me when choosing a university for my bachelors.

Charged with tuition fees for a FREE ONE-MONTH TRIAL! 0.o
I enrolled for a FREE ONE-MONTH trial offered by IU University about a year ago.
I attended a free webinar and was assured there would be no fees if I decided not to continue the program.
Additionally, I wasn't obliged to take any action If I decided not to pursue the program - If I paid my first instalment I would be officially enrolled, if not, I would not be admitted to the program.
Today I received an invoice for EUR225 for tuition fees! A year later, for a free one-month trial.
I have repeatedly stated that the Uni has serious operational problems due to the total absence of operations management, but this is ridiculous!

IU - excellent education, good price, well-organised
IU has a great user interface and service that I receive as part of my courses. I get interactive sessions with experts in the modules I enroll for at the click of a button. IU has a full library which allows me to access data safely and easily for upcoming exams or assignments that need extra research. The greatly organised coursebooks are built in with AI software called Syntea, which I use to help conceptualise my work. There are also various quizzes after ever module which help me figure out where I am at in terms of understanding the content of each lesson. IU allows me to work at my own pace and time, which makes it so much easier to enjoy my time studying

Unfair Charges and Legal Threats Despite No Enrollment
I am deeply disappointed with IU University for charging me fees even though I explicitly stated that I did not want to enroll. I made it very clear that I had no intention of joining their program, yet they are still billing me and have even threatened me with legal action.
As an orphan with no financial means, this is extremely distressing. I cannot afford these unjust charges, and it’s frustrating that the university is not listening to my situation. I never signed up for their program, yet I’m being treated unfairly. I hope they will resolve this issue and stop pursuing money I do not owe.

The courses are just some videos and a textbook.
If you have a complaint about the course and exam, they don't take you seriously.
If you are thinking about doing an online degree, maybe just look somewhere else.
