I had been with the company since January 2025 and it’s gone downhill soooo bad! Randa (MD) missed my appointment time 3X. She had the same excuse as last times. She didn’t know she had an appointment. That’s BS. She did to! I do not recommended this company at all

IVologist offers quality medicine and a helpful team to support you on your weightloss journey. I’ve been with them for a while now and after getting their process down everything works the way it should. No complaints just looking forward to them offering more in the future

When the FDA was going to stop allowing compound pharmacy's to formulate Tirzepatide, Ivologist allowed me to order a year supply for remainder of my weight loss goals + maintenance advising me expiration was good for 12 months so okay to order. When I received my 1 year supply, they expired in 3 months. The company refunded me only $100 of over $1000 order. Additionally, yes I ordered again because despite the expiration, I was losing weight after. I ordered again when they changed pharmacy, That formula was different and I I believe was diluted because I never lost any more weight with the new pharmacy formula and was told I could use up to twice the dosage of what I was previously.

After 2 yrs of ordering from this company I was shorted meds from the new Pharmacy. Come to find out the RN mis dosed my medication per the DR I spoke with for my reorder. After the company accused me of wanting more meds for free, I canceled my order on a Saturday. I was told by the RN that it was too late to cancel and would not refund my money. 3 weeks after this encounter the company sent an order UPS. 3 WEEKS. THOUGH I was informed then next day I requested the order be cancelled and was told it was too late. I refused the order with UPS and the attempted to return it to the company. They had moved. Using an old address as a return address. It took time but UPS finally found them.

The best quality products with the most competitive pricing . Everyone on staff is compassionate, caring and invested in the success of their patients. Outstanding company in every way. So many lives changed for the better. Thank you Ivologist

These people are awful. The meds are bad. They always blame you for all the problems. If your vials come frozen and nasty they say it's fine. They will block u from support group if you complain about anything and they will also ignore ur calls to the nurses station if your too annoying. There's nothing right about this place
