I recently purchased the Echo desk along with a few accessories to complete it. The delivery arrived 5–6 days after placing the order.
The packaging quality is excellent—everything was carefully protected to prevent any damage. Assembly was very easy, and the overall build quality feels flawless. The desk is sturdy and stable.
Customer service also deserves a special mention. One item was missing from the delivery, and they handled it immediately to make sure it was shipped as quickly as possible.

I received a defective product — their computer monitor arm.
It claimed to support a 32-inch monitor, but in reality it couldn’t hold it at all.

The arm is very heavy and difficult to install (that part I can accept as it's the necessary procedure), but asking customers to disassemble it, repackage it, and ship it back for a replacement after all the frustration makes no sense to me. The issue was clearly caused by the company’s quality control, yet the customer is the one expected to put in extra time and effort to fix it.

The entire experience was very disappointing.

What’s even more unsettling is that after I shared my frustration, they followed me on social media........
Whatever their intention was, it felt intrusive and harassing.

Nice chair and accessories.
Had some issues with the arms of the chair but it was promptly solved.

Bought the toka standing desk with the pro frame. Very good table, sturdy, easy to assembly, very good height range.
The delivery was quick and organized also offering scheduling on preferred days. Unfortunately on the first delivery the table top was a bit dented but they were very helpful, quick to react and offered solutions. The replacement was done within a few days. Very happy with it.

The lifting mechanism is smooth and nice. I received a desk with holes in it that perfectly aligned. But unfortunately the desk also had quite a few dens as someone was cutting into it, and I am afraid I am now required to do some more polishing, oiling, etc.

I'm super happy with my new sit and stand desk and with the overall experience with Ivono. I had some doubts before ordering, for example I was not sure I'll be able to assemble it or carry the parcel upstairs by myself. The customer service was very helpful and quick to respond and put my mind at ease. The desk was ready in two days but I was able to reschedule the delivery to a date that was more convenient for me. It took me and my friend one hour to assemble, the manual is straightforward and easy to follow compared to the hand-operated IKEA desk I
had before which gave me a real headache. The desk looks very stylish and, most importantly, runs smoothly and quietly. With two monitors and a desktop on, it slides up and down with no shaking. Also the delivery was well organised. At first the delivery window was 8.00-22.00 but the day before it was already adjusted to 11.00-14.00 and on the delivery day itself I would get updates and a message that the driver will be there in five minutes (and he was). All in all, I'm very happy with the experience, being able to talk right away to a well informed and responsive staff member rather than AI and with the quality of the product.
