Great quality ring for about half of what we were quoted for the same thing at local jewelry stores. Excellent customer service (we had to return/exchange for a smaller size) and quick shipping. The website is easy to navigate and gives you plenty of options, including quarter sizes which are hard to find elsewhere.

I ordered a 14kt gold 3mm band with engraving. It arrived today, two days earlier than expected. It is beautiful, fits perfectly, and I am very pleased! The engraving is exactly as I ordered it. I would definitely order from this company again.

Purchased 18K gold wedding band - cheaper than stores and other online websites. Sounded good. Requested ring to be engraved - called company to confirm names and symbol to be utilized. Receive ring quickly but it was not engraved. Emailed company - it failed to send the return label it said it would, had to email again and was finally able to send the ring back. Have yet to hear from them. So far, horrible experience - the company's telephone representatives sound asleep and inexperienced. Despite the low price, WOULD NOT DEAL WITH AGAIN AND ADVISE TO PAY MORE ELSEWHERE.

Absolutely beautiful rings…the only thing that could surpass the service of their Customer Service is the quality, price and beauty of their rings…. My fiancé went to three UK jewelers to determine her ‘USA’ ring size…. [we were given 3 different sizes’… I ordered the largest size and of course when she arrived in the US, it was too big… a quick telephone call to Customer Service assured me that our replacement ring would arrive in plenty of time for the wedding….it arrived in 3 business days…. Last but not least, our rings were separately priced $250 - $450 less than two local jewelers…that’s a $500 - $900 savings….if you don’t order your bands from this company, you’ve got tooooo much money!!
