Awful company, hurt and disappointed
Awful company. Had 2 occasions now where I have been left with no running water for over 12 hours and being a single parent with a young child this is simply unacceptable. No apology issued or compensation. When trying to call customer services they had just disconnected the phone lines so you can't get through.

Excellent customer service
I just joined Independent Water Networks and so far I am impressed with their customer service.I spoke to Jonathan last Friday -17th of January and he gave me a comprehensive and precise information about how my billing works and and how to make sure I am on top of my bills and paying for the real consumption of my water .

My opinion is about their customer services
My opinion is about their customer services. They have helped us even when we called 5 minutes before closing and the patient lady helped us through the phone to set up our new account and direct debit. I asked lost of questions and she kindly replied. I have called in 2 opportunities and in both cases they have answered quite fast each time, which is great and no other companies give at the moment, usually long waiting times on the phone for any service company. So far so good. Hopefully everything will be alright with our contract with IWN.
