Do not use!

Do not use!! I ordered things in NOVEMBER as presents and I have only managed to make contact TODAY to tell me that it should have been refunded over the past couple of weeks as the order couldn't be fulfilled. Four months of having my contacts ignored. Disgusting customer service and overall very poor. Such a shame. The stocking fillers are good. I've had some issues in the past with delivery from here but have it one last go. Never again.

I never received what was ordered

I ordered what was going to be a Xmas present for my wife on 09/12/25. I thought it strange as I received no conformation email. After a week I got an automated email apologising for the delay. Then a few days before Xmas I received another email saying they could no longer fulfil this order and I would get the money back within a few days. This never happened. I have emailed, messaged and sent a complaint through their website and never had a response. I have today (20/01/26 spoken to my bank and done a chargeback. I will get the full money from my bank. I will never use this company again. I wish I had seen some of these reviews before I placed the order. Every day is a school day I guess.

Waste of time

Placed a order and four days later nothing. When ordered said 3-5 days delivery. Only on line so messaged four times over a three day period and again nothing. They say they will reply in 24-48 hours !!

I have now messaged them again several times and cancelled the order and guess what ! Yes nothing.

Avoid! I wish I saw these reviews earlier

I wish I saw these reviews earlier! Still waiting for my order after a month! I’ve asked when it will arrive 4 times now with no reply. I’m guessing I’ll never get it and probably won’t get a refund either.
Will stay clear of this place in future. So disappointing to be treated this way over the Christmas period

Avoid!

Ordered gifts for my Grandchildren. Should have arrived on the 16th Dec, next day delivery. Items haven't even been dispatched. I didn't have the money to go and buy more, so my Grandchildren are still waiting for these to arrive. Very gutting, to be honest. It takes them days to respond to messages, and they don't answer your questions.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. Please do not bother. Order placed in May, only contact (once ) to say trying to source, then nothing. Had given up, then suddenly three months later money taken out of account (confused, not sure by then what it was for) and then message received ‘goods on way’. Which wouldn’t have been so bad, but it was wrong after all that. Not the figures ordered, even some duplicates. Then try and go through their ‘returns procedure’ and suddenly they can’t find the order? Truly about the worst service we have ever come across.

Wrong items sent and will only refund if ordered items returned.

Ordered Lego,jumper and ornaments was sent 2 DVDs that I have never heard of. The DVDs are not sold by IWOOT so I assume these were swopped in the warehouse. I can see no honest way this "mistake" was made.
Provided Royal Mails Photo of the tracked delivery, small DVD box stuck in letter box. They are now saying that for a refund I must return the ordered items at my own cost and my own risk. Worse is the first response was to apologise. Then a new message was supposed to be in my account, there was no new message. An email telling me to send the items back was sent.
I have opened a dispute with PayPal.

Gift said to be in stock and ordered…

Gift for my daughter said to be 'in stock' on IWOOT and ordered, waited checking my order daily, was even told by email on chasing them that it will be despatched in a few days before I was eventually told by automated email 7 days later it wasn't really available or even delivered by the manufacturer to IWOOT. They never had it despite saying in stock.

...By that time wasn't available anywhere else at that point before Christmas.

Why list items in stock if they clearly arent in your warehouse. Maddening and borderline dishonest.

Had to start again from scratch for a disappointed daughter this Christmas.

I was given the option to cancel all items on the order, as I was sick of them I asked for cancellation, two days later they despatch the other items.

Thanks for nothing IWOOT. Totally laughable service all the way through.

Avoid.

Ordered 3 items for £15

Ordered 3 items for £15, an absolute bargain, but one item arrived damaged. I informed IWOOT, and very quickly they responded to say they would send a replacement which arrived a few days later. Thanks to Hope and everyone in customer services.

Ordered a NBA basketball hoop for my son that was supposed to be a birthday gift. Still waiting since 11/21/22. I have now placed a dispute with my bank and waiting for the response. I will not ever order from this site again. Horrible experience.

Ordered an item which was supposed to be delivered in a few days. 3 days and it wasn't dispatched so I tried to cancel- they said it was too late then the following day I had an email saying it had been dispatched. Tracking doesn't work so I doubt it has even been sent
