Shocking

Shocking - cold food and wrong items delivered. When feedback was given they did apologise but said they can’t rectify, then when I said I’d leave an honest review they laughed. Then back tracked, said they’d send a driver out to rectify, never did, then when I called back to case they ignored the calls. Shame as the one part of the food was correct and warm was decent. Attn to detail, customer service and experience shocking. We all make mistakes but it’s how you resolve things. Poor poor poor avoid guys

Bullying

The store currently displays a noticeboard with photos of individuals labelled with offensive and degrading words such as “thief,” “dunce,” “scum,” and other abusive terms. Some of the photos clearly appear to show children or very young individuals, which makes this display extremely concerning.

This kind of public shaming is completely unacceptable and could lead to serious bullying and reputational harm, especially among local schoolchildren who may recognise these individuals. Displaying photos of minors in a public place without consent is not only unethical but may also breach data protection and safeguarding standards.

When I raised my concern with the staff, they refused to take my complaint, declined to provide any contact information for the owner, and showed no willingness to address the issue. The dismissive attitude was deeply unprofessional and alarming given the seriousness of the matter.

The only company I need to use to keep on top of my weight.
The value for money is outstanding. The only pounds I've lost are lbs
