Got great help from Rob. Really informative guy who was happy to talk me through the J1 process.

Cristi was fantastic through my Grad visa process. With all the documents and requirements I was getting lost and Cristi replied to every email so promptly and with the exact information I needed. Not to mention the phone calls we had as he patiently took me through each step and prepared me for the next stage.

When I encountered a problem regarding my work, Rob was quick to help and sorted it out. Guiding me and telling me my rights when I’m abroad! I would 100% do a j1 again if I could.

I seemed to mainly be contact with a nice woman called Bergin who was very friendly, informative and answered all my questions. She definitely helped make the process smooth and stress-free.
