Withdrawal takes too long

"I have been a registered user of this website for many years. Every time I need to withdraw money, I am asked to provide proof to verify my identity. For security reasons, I am happy to provide personal information, including driver's license, bank card, and utility bill. After that, I waited for three weeks. During this period, I contacted customer service and sent emails many times, but did not receive any response. I felt that they had defrauded my personal information and disappeared. It took a long time to find a customer service representative to chat in live chat. Seeing that my withdrawal was being verified, they could not help much and could only wait.
I know you have a lot of paperwork to do, but waiting three weeks to receive my funds is too long, isn't it? I'm not trying to complain, I just want to know when my withdrawal will be processed. It took more than 20 days to finally withdraw the money. Also, I'd like to know if anyone works in customer service. It appears that the email is for viewing only. When I sent the email, they told me the next day that I was rejected. If that were the case, the players would be in danger. If anything happens, there is no customer service to assist. I can only recommend waiting in live chat!

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting , no customer service I've been trying for past 3 days regarding my withdrawl that is still pending , there quick enough to get your deposit but then withhold your winnings , STAY CLEAR OFF THIS SITE

Shocking they offer 100 spins but when playing them I noticed they had set the spins to 2 lines this was on a play and go slot Merlin’s something, set at just 2 lines means literally hardly any chance of a win as normally it’s 10 lines, when I pulled them up on it on live chat I was rudely spoken to and cut off, absolutely shocking way to treat a customer and very sneaky of them to offer free spins with virtually no chance of winning, and to just turn the live chat off is disgraceful absolute scumbags

Never use this site they keep trying to…

Never use this site they keep trying to take money from my account even though I have not instructed them to. Get no joy with customer services I have contacted the police and the gaming commission I hope they get closed down. They have tried to take the funds on 3 occasions now absolute crooks who will get what they deserve

Avoid jaakcasino at all costs as you will end up with nothing left

I joined jaak casino before Christmas and started playing the fruit machines and in total lost 2300 pounds and every time you deposit money it goes back to the home screen so your having to start the game again with no chance of winning as the games restart from the beginning avoid jaak casino at all costs it will take every penny you have with no chance of winning I've emailed them several times over money that went missing the emails I send come back as wasn't able to send when they do get through to them they just keep fobbing me off

So I leave a review of this site which I am URGING you to steer way way clear from and they reply with a restriction on my account. Very unprofessional site has took over £3500 in 2 weeks have one win of £360 only to then go on big bass bonanza spend another £550 did not receive any wins not even one bonus.... £550 not one bonus that is a joke.
