They were very helpful in assisting me…

They were very helpful in assisting me when there was some issues with the payment.
After I payed, I heard nothing for 1 week. Then they tell me the package is not sent due to the item not being in stock. However, they recommend me another product which was both better and cheaper.

All in all, I am satisfied. Good service. I just wish I had heard something in that one week where I was waiting for my package which was not send yet.
