In most ways, the Jackery 1000 Plus does exactly what I bought it to do which is provide power to my modem and router in the event of a power outage. The one feature I thought I understood is the EPS... See more

I chose Jackery because they are made in the USA
My main reason for buying Jackery products is the fact that they are made in the USA. I am happy with the overall product, but I did have a problem with a wheel breaking off because it bumped against a step when I was going down the stairs.
On the bright side, customer service rapidly replaced the broken wheel and actually sent a new pair of wheels to me at no charge.
Customer service
Haven't used our jackery 1000v2 yet, but I needed to phone them to query our order phone was answered straight away and problem solved, also super quick delivery

Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 Portable Power Station
I received my Jackery 2000 on schedule and the person delivering it brought it right up to my apartment door. The packaging was impeccable and enabled me to unpack the device myself even though it is quite heavy. I bought the device to power my fridge during power outages: I have tested it and it can power my fridge for at least 24 hours, meeting my needs perfectly.

Extremely helpful customer service people. Jackery is the best, very reliable product.
My unit worked exactly as expected
My unit worked exactly as expected, wish I would have bought the 3600 so I could expand the battery capacity but other than that, it has worked flawlessly.
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, quick response to questions and inquiries, easy set up!
Smart investment
Luckily, I haven’t needed to put it to use, but grateful to have it on hand.
Quick delivery, easy to set up and noticed it was still fully charged after 3 months.
Great investment for peace of mind.
Talking to an agent about my jackery unit.
When I was talking to one of your agents about the solar panels for my Jackery 2000 Explorer he was a very knowledgeable he gave me clear insight
As what to do, if I ever wanted to get a solar panel for my Jackery we went over the cost of a solar panel. He told me that for my jackery unit i would need a solar panel of 200 hundred watt2
Great customer service
Great customer service. Solved an issue that was my fault with no trouble. Kept me updated all along the way. Highly recommended. High quality products as well. I've used the solar systems on many occasions.
After some ripples all is fine
The name alone causes me to hold off…
The name alone causes me to hold off getting any other unit. As you should well know, my order never arrived. My constant barrage of AI communication made me so upset, that I ended up canceling my order. I promised to not give a negative review on social media; however , since you did not fulfill your agreement (to leave me alone ) then I see no other option than to share my horrific experience with JACKERY. My experience left an emotional exhaustion. Never before experienced! I placed my order in plenty of time; the order was somehow delayed and eventually returned to the Jackery (wirhout my being informed) then I got a notice THAT it had been delivered. I get another notice that it is in Amarillo, TX. I called FEDEX, who informed me that JACKERY HAD INSTIGATED A RETURN . I had to cancel — AT NO TIME DID I SPEAK TO A HUMAN ABOUT THE ISSUES. Send this to the CEO.

i tried the manual interlock
i tried the manual interlock, generator inbox approach. this smart transfer switch is far superior. and in my case safer . its been running my house 12 hours a day, recharging at night. i have 800 watt solar in high ports of jackery 5000. in all honesty, i could only do this because of jackery sales price so thank you for making this system available for me.
Jackery 3000 + Solar Saga 200 panel
Jackery 3000 + Solar Saga 200 panel
Use: Off-grid living full-time
As described the product gives plenty of power (up to 3kw) after initially charging it up via mains power. Took roughly 3hrs. Over the course of the week, it's been used to charge phones, other power banks, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, lamp and even a hoover and it still has 23% power available.
PROS: The 3 AC sockets are a game changer if you're full-time off grid as this does away with the need to keep unplugging appliances. The 1000 & 2000 have 1 and 2 sockets respectively. The two usb & usb c sockets are great for charging mobile devices.
NOISE: For such a large unit there's only a minimal background hum when in operation though when the cooler fan kicks in that would certainly wake you up!
Only had it a week and haven't charged it via the solar panels as yet so far it seems to do what it says on the tin
CONS: Delivery - It seems Jackery rarely send these multi kit deals out in one shipment which is rather irritating. The solar panel arrived 3days after placing order. Next day the actual unit arrived & later that same day via another courier last but not least the free trolley (more of which I'll review later but suffice to say it's not worth paying £189 for)
WEIGHT: As expected this is a heavy item & so bare that in mind if you struggle physically. The unit itself has two sturdy handles to lift it with & you can buy the own brand trolley to make moving it around easier.
ACCESSORIES: The unit comes with a 1.5m power cable for mains charging. The solar panel only comes with a 3m cable and so in very liekyhood especially if you're using the unit for power in a house/caravan/van you will have to buy the 5m extension to reach the outside/roof area for sufficient sun. As I have steps leading out of my van I'm not going to lift the unit in and out every time I want to charge it via solar. A trolley came with the deal I had and I can see why they give them away. The base frame is made of solid metal bars as one would expect to take the weight of such a heavy item. That's where the quality build ends. The rest of the trolley is plastic. Including the front edge trim and the brake pedals. Given that this item is supposed to be a partner to the 3000 the heaviest of all the Jackery I'm shocked at the poor material quality & design. The front wheel brakes have a plastic locking bar rather than metal which already has a lot of play in them. These should have been entirely made of metal in my opinion. The rear, release bar, for the telescopic handle is again a flimsy plastic design which appears bent and misaligned straight out of the box. The unit has a lot of room around it when on the trolley and so I would be concerned about it sliding forward/backwards even with the supplied bungees (again which have plastic clips at the end) This is disappointing design given how robust the actual Jackery appears and I'll be looking to purchase a more robust metal trolley to transport/move the unit long term.
UPDATE: Fake countdown timer, false pricing, and a solar panel that can’t withstand a breeze
I purchased the Jackery Solar Generator 3000 v2 bundle on 27 February 2026 for £1,785.06, having been pressured by a countdown timer showing approximately 6 hours remaining on a “limited time” offer. So concerned the offer would expire, I called Jackery Sales directly — a 14-minute call recorded in my phone log.
Jackery’s own internal documents later revealed the discount code was labelled “2026 Spring Sale 3.5-3.26” — confirming the sale ran from 3rd March to 26th March. I purchased on 27th February. The sale hadn’t even started. The countdown was fictitious.
The SolarSaga 200W panel itself is not fit for practical outdoor use. The kickstand is completely inadequate in any wind — it simply falls over, making it unusable outdoors without additional expenditure on mounting equipment Jackery don’t tell you about. Achieving meaningful charge requires constant manual repositioning every hour to track the sun via a small indicator dot. This is not mentioned in any advertising. For van or mobile use — which Jackery actively markets this product for — the design is frankly unworkable.
The free trolley included was not fit for purpose. Made largely of flimsy plastic, Jackery paid £100 partial compensation — now attempting to deduct this from my statutory refund, despite it being a completely separate transaction.
The “was” price has changed three times since purchase — £2,599 on the day I bought, rising to £2,928 three weeks later — while the countdown perpetually resets.
Formal complaints will be submitted to the ASA and Trading Standards

The Jackery 3600 Plus was a great…
The Jackery 3600 Plus was a great addition to our home! It was exactly what we needed at this time. We needed a Solar Generator due to power outages that affect the East Coast shore areas. After researching various companies, we decided to get the 3600 +.
The generator was delivered on time and the packaging was excellent. As an 80 year old, it was a little heavy, but I made it up the steps to the second floor without difficulty. I then purchased 2, 12 volt extension cords and started testing the unit to see what it can do. I then hooked our refrigerator to it, and it ran without any issues, and the noise level was very low.
The real test came when a winter Northeaster snow storm was issued. I left the refrigerator connected to the generator, and also connected the generator to the home power. We lost power for about 25 hours and the generator didn't fail once. As I wasn't in the home, I used the phone app to monitor the unit throughout the storm. What an excellent way to keep an eye on the unit while you are away.
I have since determined that I will be adding a Transfer Switch and an additional Battery unit to place additional circuits to make life easier."
Perfect for disperse camping/overland trailer build
Perfect for overland trailer build. Purchased to run trailer lights and diesel heater/ecoflow wave 2 AC (depending on season). I had a knockoff harbor freight battery generator that couldn’t keep up with what I needed. This unit Will run diesel heater for 100+ hours, and ac unit for 12 hours on a single charge. Currently using 300w solar panels (3x100) to charge during the day and have had no issues thus far..The unit with the extended battery is heavy but it remains stationary (in the trailer) so weight is not an issue. That said, it has a built in luggage style handle and wheels, so moving it around on the ground is easy. Arrived in two packages, same day, and arrived three days after ordering. Haven’t had a reason to interact with customer service but my research showed that they are committed to backing their products (a big part of why I went with jackery). Just make sure the unit you’re buying has enough juice to meet your needs. I went a little overkill but better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it. Very happy with my purchase.

We lost power last week when it was 5degrees outside, I plugged the wood burning insert into the Jackery 2000 to run the blower and we stayed nice and warm. Great product and customer service. Thank you
