I will be honest upfront. I was skeptical about this site. You always have to protect yourself. But I purchased using my credit card just in case. Then due to delivery issues it took almost two months to get my sweatshirt but wow. What a great shirt. Looks and feels premium. Customer service was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. Definitely will use again and you should give it a try. A+

I usually take my time before ordering online, especially from a brand I haven’t tried before. What stood out to me here was how clearly everything was communicated from start to finish. The sweatshirt was a completely wrong size...it could fit a child but certainly not a grown adult.

This company is a scam I ordered the limited edition 'Adidas Chinese new Year' jacket which was CLEARLY FAKE - there was no adidas label, the adidas label was blurry and clearly fake, and the quality of the materials was unacceptable. If you look up Jacket Pop on reddit all the reviews agree that it is an absolute scam.

I have reported them to my countries fraud reporting website and will also report them to Adidas for copyright infringement.

Sells fake jackets. Won’t give me a refund after paying hundreds for a fake jacket. Do not trust

Recently place a order, and wanted a refund, and honestly the process has been going quite smoothly so far, hopefully it doesn’t cause my any problems, but the customer support team has been nice to me so I am not really worried.

THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETE FRAUD!!DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!. I’ve been trying to deal with this since Dec 2024 and yet to receive any confirmation of the refund being processed after having been told we would not receive our full or half a refund, only part. I have contacted them again and again and they keep delaying the process and claiming the details we provided are due to this delay. This is not the case as they are trying to transfer our refund to a Canadian account due to their issues and we are from Australia. They are more than happy to take your money from anywhere in the world but only refund to accounts at their discretion. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Customer service is exceptional. Good people who care about their customers.

I ordered a swetshirt from this site that was supposed to be the same as the one shown on the website. What a waste of money! The sweatshirt looks NOTHING like the pictures—cheap material, awful stitching, and no padding whatsoever. I paid extra for expedited shipping (10-15 days), and it did arrive on time, from some place in Pakistan. While this is all good I still can't believe that they are getting away with selling fake brands on a site in teh USA. To make things worse, when I tried to leave a review to warn others, I found out you can't even post a review on their site. No wonder all the reviews are 5 stars, probably fake! This whole experience has been a huge disappointment. I do not expect a return and a refund, but be aware of these Dropshipping scams.

So.
I have Ordered my Jacket and we have been email Ping-ponging for 1 month before it was finally shipped. The Quality is alright and the colors are al bit different than in the picture. They have sent me the wrong size tho and i will update you when they have texted me about it.

Ordered one month ago, still not even shipped.

DO NOT TRUST this company, I've been completely run around with email ping pong for several weeks, one stating it was shipped and tracking number will be provided, waited after the time that I was told I was going to get tracking but got nothing I then emailed them asking why this didn't happen, got another BS email stating it was yet to be shipped and I'll get another FedEx tracking number, it is all a SCAM. They take your money and give you NOTHING. Please DON'T throw your money on these people. They're completely untrustworthy.

This site is a total scam. False advertising and awful quality. I ordered an abercrombie hoodie and paid full price for it, they took over a month to mail, then what arrived was a joke, it was awful quality, not same colors, and not same brand. When I asked for refund, they offered me less than 50% of what I paid or I had to wait a month. I am still waiting for a resolve. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD ALERT

This is a scam. Ordered jacket over 1 month ago

Not only was the Jacketpop team insistent on getting every detail exactly right, they rushed the order after I corrected a measurement I’d messed up and missed their email. I was grateful for and impressed by their professionalism, their attention to detail, and their ability to deliver a perfect product. (And it IS perfect - an exact replica that fits precisely like it should.)

#16185 SCAM Took my money, $99US ($149NZ), then cancelled my order a few days later. Wont reply to emails or tickets. No refund, No response, No jacket.
