Excellent personal service over the phone , and very good price on multi harp insurance which offers excellent level of cover : where repair happens , transportation of instrument and replacement harp hire in the vent of need while repair of a harp takes place

As a multi instrumentalist I have always insured my instruments with Jack Hayward Insurance and have nothing but the highest praise for the efficient service they provide. An extremely costly repair to the soundboard of my harp was dealt with to my complete satisfaction some years ago, while a recent major disaster to my bassoon was similarly sorted by way of a single email. They even included retrospective petrol expenses for two round trips to the specialist repairer! Adding new instruments (or removing old ones) is dealt with seamlessly and efficiently, ensuring instant cover from the moment details are provided. An all-round First Class service - well done!
