Ordered a playstation 3 cooling fan after buying several from other companies and being dissapointed with the quality of the items i received,fortunately my experience with jackofallgames was a much more positive one,the item arrived within 5 days of placing my order and was extremely well packaged,the item is heavy and has very good build quality and is also whisper quiet and i now have no more problems with my ps3 becoming hot so this has saved me a lot of cash as i was close to replacing my ps3---thanks jackofallgames--would reccomend you to anyone!!

The seller responded promptly to a question I sent about an item that was being offered for sale. I duly bought the item on Wednesday evening and it arrived Friday morning exactly as advertised. A main reason I purchased from them was that they offered a return & refund on the item if it didn't fix the problem I was buying it for (disc read errors on PS3). The new part works flawlessly. I am very happy with the service.

In my opinion these people will try to avoid sending your goods in the hope that you will give up trying to get your money back. I ordered a sony memory card,they took the money the next day.I spent 2 weeks filling in their online help form with no reply & ringing their sales line with no answer.EVENTUALLY they sent me a refund,but no apology,nothing.Useless #w#ts

After having ordered 2 Wii controllers for £13.98 back in June they never arrived and we cancelled the order. We have never received a refund and communication has been poor. Would never recommend and would never order from them again.

After spending a month of my time with phone calls and e-mails trying to get a red and a white PS3 controller from a company that can only be described as crooks (Games Basement - Don't use them!!) I cancelled my order and got a refund. I ordered them from JOAG (Which were cheaper), and they arrived in 5 days. Great Service, Great Prices, Fast Free Delivery.

i bought the item and payed at the same day, the item was shipped 1 day after the purchase as described.
the item arrived 5 days after the purchase, even a german company wouldn't have shipped much faster.
the item was in a good package and was mounted, tested and works without any problems.
