I ordered my game and it came on day of release. Reccomended

I bought an expensive camera Jackofallgames, which was supposedly in stock. I didn't receive it and could not get a response from them via email or phone. I am now having to claim a refund via Paypal as despite my order being cancelled they will not refund my money voluntarily. I would certainly recommend avoiding this retailer for expensive purchases as they are completely unprofessional.

I purchased a replacement KES-400AAA Laser for my Playstation 3 as the one in my system stopped working. Ordered on a Thursday evening and arrived first thing Saturday morning, can't get any better than that. I fitted the unit myself and it now works pefectly once more. So, overall an excellent service and they were also the lowest price that i could find aswell. 5 Stars.

I placed a pre order with Jack of all Games for two games 6 and 10 weeks ahead of their release dates but my credit card was immediatly debited so I cancelled my pre order immediatly and recieved a refund initiated email straight away. However four weeks, later still no refund, so I've registered a dispute with my credit card company.

Stick to companies with a proper pre order policy that don't take money until the games are actually realeased is my advice.

Looked on the internet to find the best price for this game and JOAG had it for a great price for £32. I recieved great communication from them and i got the game on release date.

Preordered a game title and it arrived on day of release at work, when I got home it was ready to play. No waiting in store, having to pay to park in town or being told they were sold out. Transaction could not have worked better and £10 cheaper too. Bonus.

Keep up the good work as there are very few indies left in this industry.

I found the website great, amazingly low prices and thought I would give it a try, even though I was a bit dubious normally using the big players like play.com and amazon. However really pleased as my pre ordered game was delivered on the day of release and so for me, a perfect transaction at superb price and one very satisfied customer. On balance I can see a few people seem to have experienced problems, however the majority of reviews are very positive. Sometimes items will go missing in the post and I know from experience that even the likes of amazon you have to wait a couple of weeks to allow for post delays before they can process another copy out to you, to do with the period they have to allow before they can claim off royal mail. Anyway's I for one will be using the site again for future games as was very satisfied.

Cant fault them, email confirming my game has been sent, arrived the next day. Excellent service and bargain on the price. recommend them to my mates. keep up the outstanding service, definitely using them again on all my pre orders

Had a bit of a panic attack. logged into my jackofallgames account and it said i had to reorder fifa11 again because they were out of stock but it was still showing as pre ordered in my account. anyway cut a long story short, i sent jackofallgames a quick email, and with a quick response i was put at ease and fifa11 will be landing on my doorstep tomorrow. cheers jack.

The item arrived within a week to Ireland. It was well packed and I installed the KEM laser no problem at all. Cost a third of what money grabbers Sony wanted, and I still have my beloved 60Gig Phat PS3.

Just released came a day after release. Constant communication from the company meant I was well informed of the whereabouts of my order. Came well packaged and recorded.
Item was cheaper than everywhere else and will be using Jackofallgames again.

I was first concerned about if i would receive the game i ordered on the release day, then after a few emails, i had been reassured, and with prices like these, i will most probably use them again. Got in contact via email. Very satisfied.
