This is a ripe off site , they will not let you withdraw unless you send all your bank details over the web. Have contacted my bank as if this is not illegal it should be. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Won't send me my deposit or winnings, want me to complete an extensive verification process, including a passport photo with a twist: 'We will also require the photo to be taken outside your house showing your house number or name in the image.' next they'll be asking for a video running down the street with my bank statement between my legs.

I had over £5 on number 20 on live roulette and the multiplier of x48 landed in my number
It gave me £205 as my winnings.
This should of been a multiplier of x48 should of won thousands and thousands but and error occurred and only give me £205

Used jackpot for a longtime never had an issue, today had a problem accur I contacted live support and was met with a rude “women” named cleopatra in jackpot joys live support the workers can see what your typing before you send the message she wouldn’t let me finish a sentence before writing her reply. She then asked me to go to my logs and give her the time of the issue before I had time to even go to my logs she instantly ended the chat saying I was unresponsive this was no more then 30seconds after her last message asking me to get logs, I then opened another support and asked to speak to her I was then met with another rude “child” sorry man named tomie before I could even type a letter he had sent a message saying I can’t help you with this issue contact your local casino, this confused me I asked what issue as I hadn’t even typed and just like Cleopatra before I could even hit send on a message he had replied to what I was typing. He then blocked my chat access after saying “I read what you was typing” this is a joke of a company and the people working there clearly don’t enjoy there time there. Horrible people horrible company stay away don’t give this scum your money or time

Deposited £10 for their sign up offer played through and went to withdraw I was at a slight loss and had £7.50 left , you can’t withdraw under £10 so I deposited another £10 so I could then withdraw the £17.50 , I proceeded to withdraw and it said I would receive in 24 hours. I didn’t receive it and went to log back in to see my account had been closed , I then talk to customer support to say that I need to verify my identity for my account to re open and that it was “unfortunate timing” that this had happened at the same time I was withdrawing. I then receive an email telling me I need to send a selfie outside my house with the house number visible holding up my id my bank card and today’s date ! Then also to send a picture of a bank statement proof of address , ID and bank card again !!! It’s clear this is a technique they use to get get people to deposit and then when you try and withdraw they ask you to send a million different things and if you can’t provide any of them they say under the terms and conditions they have the right to keep your money! Extremely scummy company

Joined their site yesterday, deposited £10, had a very small win. They closed my account for absolutely no reason.

I asked why (and I was perfectly prepared to verify my account) until they requested a "enhanced verification" which includes about half a dozen different selfies, including ones of me, standing outside my house, showing door number amongst other things. Sorry, not happening. Surely smashes privacy laws that kind of thing and totally over the top.

The killer is, this was all for coppers...I merely won about £15, sad, so sad.

I am basically being held to ransom over this, do this or they keep my money.

PS - I must add, after reading many reviews on here of this site, its alarming how many folk have had this same experience. This site and its partners clearly need investigating. As do the few "positive reviews" of the site on here appear to be fraudulent. I mean why, does every single positive review of this site go on about "after reading all the negative reviews on this site"....seriously? Its obvious.

Hi guys just wanted to share my experience which I believe others should be aware of as it needs to be rectified and after a chat with their customer service, I feel like they just don’t care.

So my brother was able to deposit with his details on my account when he is a member of Gamstop due to his problem.These deposits should not of gone through as the details do not match the account details and I feel like correct measures were not taken.After speaking to them I was informed that any money wagered was final.I asked that had he of won and made a withdrawl, would further steps on been taken before the withdrawal was successful to which I was told yes, so basically any winnings would not of been paid out so it’s win win for this casino.Im aware casinos do not like to payout at the best of times and would certainly not in this matter but i mainly wanted questions answered.Jackpotjoy and its sisters sites do not take serious measures on deposits and I think they should be held accountable.They have a duty of care like other casinos and adjustments need to be made to prevent this issue becoming a bigger one

So I played the 20.31 superlinks jackpot bingo game on 21/01/2025, hosts put a broadcast and and all other site players on live chat was congratulating me my name came up to say I was the £10,000 jackpot winner but I never received my winnings. I messaged them and spoke with kendall the host who also confirmed I was the winner. He then went of too see why I hadn't got my winnings came back about 10 to 20 minutes later and apparently it was a error and misprint. Happy took 650 off me with no verification needed I won 2k and all of a sudden my accounts closed asking for every document under the sun I have provided everything still refusing to pay out joke avoid at all costs

Joined for the £10 deposit to have £50 bingo play. Knew this wouldn't be one I'd withdraw from, but was in the mood for a bingo spree so being able to play for a while encouraged me to sign up. The notification that I could play my £50 of bingo flashed mid game whilst I was still using my initial £10 deposit, so it was swiftly dismissed and I went back to 'sweating for 2'. Two games after that I got a notification saying I had run out of funds... I'd spent under £3 after my deposit. I used their online chat and spoke to a very patient person called Olivia who repeatedly explained that the offer is UP TO £50 and if you don't spend said amount in your first game then you don't get anything more. Now I've never been one for fully reading the T+C section, however this policy has got to be one of the worst I've seen so far.
